"My girlfriend recently moved back home from Texas after 18 years, and on Fridays we like to take the kids out for dinner or order in and enjoy a movie at home. Last Friday, we tried Teriyaki Don's, but I insisted she give Pete's Teriyaki a shot. We ended up ordering three crispy chicken specials and shrimp calamari, and the whole family loved the food! While Don's Teriyaki is good (I even wrote a review for them), I have to give the top award to Pete's Teriyaki! Every single bite was as incredible as the first—absolutely amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone searching for a hidden gem full of umami flavors. Semper Fi!"

I would have given this place a higher rating if their bowls had more vegetables. There were only two slices of carrots and a single sprig of broccoli.

Pete's is our family's top choice for dining whenever we're in Fresno. Even though we live a solid 45 minutes away, we gladly make the drive to enjoy it. You can't go wrong with their fried chicken and tempura. We absolutely love their homemade teriyaki sauce—it's our favorite, far better than any store-bought option.

Very disappointed with the pork bowl and Dark meat chicken plates that we purchased. Tasted like cheap quality meat. Mostly fatty pieces some meat added in. Spent most of my time chewing the fat then actually enjoying my meal. The one positive with this restaurant is the customer service. The ladies here are super friendly and prioritize customer service.
