"I order from P.F. Changs pretty frequently and this order was not up to the standard it usually is. None of the order was as good as usual, but the Sesame Chicken and rice was very disappointing. The rice was freezing cold when it arrived, and the chicken barely had any sauce. Also, the portion of rice was smaller than usual, which was disappointing since we planned to share the meal family-style. The Egg Drop Soup Bowl was pretty good but cold as well. Ive never had a bad order from this restaurant so overall it was a bummer. The dasher arrived very promptly as well so I know she was not at fault for the cold food."

Our waiter was great. She had a lot of tables to cover so we understood things were moving a little slow. Overall great dining experience.

We were in a group of but even though we booked through Open Table, we still had to wait for a table. Service was great, but Kung pao chicken had lots more rice than chicken. View menu

Even with a reservation, it took minutes to get a table, and another minutes to get service. Overall, hour to eat. Their reservation system and low staffing turn a nice food experience into an ordeal.

They were not ready for our reservation. Waited minutes past our reservation time. Tons of tables open but people being told the wait was over minutes. I guess they didn’t have the staff to operate at full capacity.

I had a large party of The restaurant was able to accommodate us all. I was afraid we be separated. Can you imagine having a birthday dinner at a restaurant and being in two different areas? I was very pleased with the level of service. The manager even came over and greeted us and made sure we were all ok. I would definitely recommend PF Changs. By the way, I had the sea bass. It was awesome. It tasted as good as Ruth Chris View menu

The food is good. This location when we went in was a little nasty. Food was on table when they sat us, did not appear to be cleaned at all. We asked them to wipe down then when he finished he left. While the food was gone from the table now it was covered in water so we had to ask for a cloth to dry it off. As we looked around I was amazed to see that the majority of tables appeared like this. Needs a little attention in this area for sure.

I was very disappointed at this location. I have not been to PF Changs here in Augusta, but I have frequented the chain in Tampa. There were not many patrons in the restaurant and the service was extremely slow. That I can totally get past based on our current pandemic situation. However, the quality of food was the worst, dried noodles and over cooked beef, for an over dollar bill at check out definitely was NOT worth my money and time. No thank you to this location.

"Hands down the best food I've had in Augusta. In Augusta for work, and have been trying out various restaurants with the work crew. This place I is the first that had me saying I'm coming back. EVERYTHING was good! Seating is limited and there was a short (10min) then from there it's either buffet style or takeout option. We dined in, which gave me a chance to sample EVERYTHING. I started with the salmon in lemon sauce. Not overcooked and just delicious. This was my favorite. Seconds were had. Next up was the fried pork loin. Probably my least favorite protein but still good. I'm not much of a pork person and still enjoyed. Then the barbeque chicken. This..was..good. seasoned to the bone. For sides, there was some corn and lima beans and plain rice. After this, we had the beef gumbo. The gumbo truth be told was more a soup. For me gumbo needs to be a little thicker...heartier. Whatever you want to call it delicious. The beef was seasoned well, tender and the broth flavoured with okras. There was also a salad bar, and I just had a fresh salad. Typical salad toppings with some.black olives and jalapenos to spice it up a little. Not sure about the dressing, I did without. Then everything was topped off with the peach cobbler. I enjoyed this as well, probably because it was not overly sweet. But I know people are passionate about their cobbler, so opinions will very. All in all, I'm definitely going back and look forward to different daily dishes. We were told when leaving tomorrow (Friday) is fried chicken day."
