"I heard a lot about Phillips desserts. I thought was only desserts and they too serve food. Menu was confusing. I wasn't that hungry i decided for a light plate. Artichokes on thin noodles served cold with carrots and green beans. Artichokes were too salty. Not so good at the dish presentation. What i really liked and enjoyed was the dessert. This review is only applicable to their desserts. This is one of my favorite places in Rochester, for European style desserts. Over the many years I have been enjoying this place, they are extremely consistent. Service is friendly and attentive. One star off as their nightcaps are very eh.
