"My waitress was super attentive, seemed like she was reading my mind and was there exactly when I was ready. I ordered the pho tai which is just the beef slices and a Boba mocha tea based on her recommendation. The recommendation was spot on and tasted amazing! The pho came out quickly, slightly after the tea. As I let the beef cook, I put in the toppings and sipped on the broth. Unfortunately the broth had a lighter tint than I'm used to and though it still had flavor, it was more bland than beef broth should be. I added hoison and some spice but nothing actually helped the underwhelming flavor of the broth.I did finish the meal and the tea was a great finish. I will still come back to try their other dishes but I'd be reluctant to try their pho again."

A must eat place for me anytime I am anywhere near the Tampa/Clearwater area! I got the Pho Burrito with Chicken! One of the best things I have ever eaten!

The Vietnamese cuisine offered at this restaurant is incredibly authentic and delicious. I would definitely return for another meal. The service was also exceptional.

I ordered the beef pho, and it was overly fatty. The spring rolls lacked freshness, and the peanut sauce was far from what I'm accustomed to; it resembled more of a puree than a proper sauce. Overall, the food deserves a rating of 1/5. View menu

Great pho, fresh Thai tea. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a good/authentic Thai flavors. The Thai tea is a most try.The staff was supper friendly and accommodating despite me arriving 30 minutes before closing.

I'm not sure how this place has a 4.3-star rating. I visit here at least twice a week, including every day during my pregnancy. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly. They’re also now open on Sundays, even though Google states they’re closed. Food: 5/5.

The pho at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and full of flavor. I ordered it to go and they included plenty of ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the beef in the pho comes raw, and you cook it in the hot broth yourself. It was a great experience and the spring rolls were also tasty. View menu

The service was good and the food was excellent at this restaurant. We ordered an appetizer and three entrees, all of which we would order again. The passion fruit green tea was very flavorful, although the server mistakenly said it was not sweet when it was. Despite this, we will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

When I saw Pho Burrito and Pho omelette on the menu, I was thinking what the Pho? It is a small cozy restaurant, the layout is like a Chinese takeout. They do have table service and also you can just have your takeout eats there. It is a mom and pop shop, so if you want real authentic big menu, this isn't the place. Also, because of the location, they probably altered the menu for their local clientele. It works, did see a few takeout orders when I was there. The food portion is generous, the taste is lighter and healthier. Just keep an opened mind and should be fine.

"Can I give this place 7 stars? No? Drats; it's deserving. The dining experience at German Bistro 2 is outstanding. Forewarning: they only take cash. so hit the ATM before dinner. They're a small establishment so you may want to call for reservations. Also, they serve only bottled beer, but great German labels. Now onto the important part, the food.In a word: AMAZING. They start you with homemade bread and herbed butter. Crusty on the outside, soft delicious on the inside. A bowl of peppery cole slaw comes along to start your meal. If you think the free starters sound good, just wait. The menu is small but every dish is made to order, and clearly made by hand. We had the special: beef rouladen with spaetzle noodles gravy, and potato pancakes (a menu staple). The beef was fork-tender and served with a rich wine gravy. Spaetzle was light buttery, made served in a traditional German manner. The potato pancakes were unlike anything else I've tasted and easily the best I've ever had. They are HUGE, thick, and dense. The potato pancakes must be deep-fried because they have a crisp crust but are moist inside. Served with sour cream apple sauce, these will be the best you'll ever had as well. The dessert menu looks incredible but we were unable to try it. The portion sizes are very generous, and we had no room for dessert at the end of the meal.Service was very good, and very friendly. This is a small, local, family-owned operated joint that is worth any every rave review. We will be going back for sauerbraten schnitzel, no doubt. If you like stick-to-your-ribs comfort food and German fare in particular, this is your spot. If you don't yet, expand your palette stop in; you'll be glad you did!!"
