"This pho is amazing—definitely ranks in my top three, possibly even my top two (Crimson Pho in Dallas is still my all-time favorite). The service was good, with no problems at all, and our food was served quickly! We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, so I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but we had no issues whatsoever. The smoothie was comparable to what you’d find at other pho spots (just not quite the same as what a boba tea place would offer), and it was quite good."

This is the worst place to eat! The summer rolls are filled with roots and barely contain any rice paper. To make matters worse, it's very expensive. You can see in the photos my empty summer rolls.

Def a local fav! The broth says it all here at Pho 801. It's packed with flavor. The proteins and noodles are just bonus. Even the tofu is cooked spot on. Enjoy it with an array of teas to choose from.

Great little mom-and-pop restaurant offering authentic Pho dishes and also a full selection of Bubble Tea. Food is delicious and the servers speak excellent English. Ample amounts of Basil, Bean Sprouts, Jalapenos and lime wedges are served with the Pho. View menu

I ordered the short ribs with rice and blueberry bubble tea, and it came to over $30, which I found quite steep! The portions were really small, and the tea tasted like water—there was no flavor whatsoever. Overall, I didn’t think it was worth the price they’re charging.

Incredible. Incredible. Incredible. I've heard people from Othello rave about this place, so I decided to check it out with some friends who were a bit hungover. We didn’t anticipate it being this fantastic. It’s definitely my new favorite spot, and I’d make a special trip just to go there.

My wonderful friends took me to this restaurant, and it was fantastic! I highly recommend visiting. They were closed for six months due to construction, so your support would mean a lot to them. Not only is the food delicious, but helping them out during this time would be great too. I can't wait to go back soon! View menu

Nice and clean place to sit down to eat, but lack of services. They're very slow.....It's doesn't take 45 min to 1 hrs to get a bowl of nasty pho. They need at less two servers and 2 cooks and one person run the cashier etc. The owner she run everything and everywhere. Sign of greedy! Sorry I'm just telling the truth.

I'm so disappointed! This has been my favorite pho restaurant for years, but my experience today was lackluster. I ordered a winter melon bubble tea, but they gave me milk tea instead. When I informed the staff that I can't drink milk, the woman quickly assured me that it was non-dairy. I took the tea, but it was definitely NOT non-dairy, and now I have broken out in hives. I really hope they recover from COVID soon, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

"Let me start by stating that I don’t do online reviews, I’m way to lazy. But after my last experience here, I felt absolutely compelled to make sure this place got the recognition it deserves. My girlfriend and I have gone there twice in the past week. Our first time there, we had such a pleasant time. The food was fantastic! We had gotten the braised beef soup, pork soup dumplings, tofu puff and glass noodle soup, then the pork and veggie steam buns. At first I was apprehensive about the cost, roughly 10-14 per dish. But after we got our food, my worries diminished. Everything was absolutely delicious! The braised beef soup was the definition of “to die for”. Enough so that it brought us back again at the end of the week! This time was not as good, it was phenomenally better!!! My girlfriend and I both got the braised beef soup this time, after last time being so incredible. We were not disappointed! It was heavenly! Though the food was the reason we came back, our server is the inspiration for this review(not to belittle the other employees . Our servers name was Jun. Within moments of being seated, he arrived with a smile on his face and took our drink order. After returning with our drinks, he helped us make our minds up on what side to order. This time, in tandem with the two braised beef soups, we got the pork chop fried rice(w/ white rice). The pork chop fried rice was ridiculously good. We could not get over how delicious the pork chop was! Then he made some small talk and made us feel more immersed in our dinning experience. We were enjoying not only the food, but the environment almost as much. He wasn’t overly talkative, but just the right amount to make our experience feel important, and unique. Nearing the end of our second trip there, we found ourselves not just talking about how outrageously good our food was, but how friendly and attentive our server was. From the fast meet and greet, to the way he always made sure our drinks were full, without us asking. Which seems like an easy task, but in combination with the huge amount of customers, and my ability to consume copious amounts of beverages(almost to an embarrassing extent), it’s often a servers nightmare. If there’s anything that can ruin an experience, it’s constantly having to wait for a drink refill(which for me seems to always be a problem), but not once was I left with that frustration. At the end of it all, it left us with such a strong positive impression, that we feel that Din Tai Fung will easily be one of our regular go to destinations for amazing food, and exceptional customer service. Thank you so much Jun for the incredible experience, you truly made our night memorable! We will be returning soon!!!"
