"The food is okay but not worth the bad treatment. I’ve been a regular at this place for awhile, but have finally decided to never visit again after yet another bad experience. I see the type of people the staff caters to, and I will honestly say that if you are not Caucasian or Asian, you will NOT be treated nice in this establishment. If you are a minority, this is not a place you can drop in after work if you’re in casual clothes as you will be treated poorly. Even if you dress nicely, you will be treated a little better but still not serviced as quickly as others or approached at the door for seating! There was one really sweet girl who used to work there who at least always made me feel welcome, but after her departure I figured I shouldn’t spend my hard earned money at a place that doesn’t even want me there! Not to mention, I can go a bit further for better service and better portion sizes. You order a regular pho, you’ll get a small bowl, you order a large pho, you get a regular-sized bowl. The cost of food went up, but the quantity and quality has declined. This place will not survive if it continues to neglect these importance things: reasonable food portions, food quality, and most importantly, customer service!!!!"

Very good. My children really enjoyed the Pho. We also got spring rolls. We tried a few different kinds of Pho and they were all great.

My first time here. Really excited to find somewhere close. Only had the bong mi. It was terrible. The bread wasn’t Christine . There was no sauce just mayonnaise! And it was mostly bread. Heavy bread.

My favorite place to get Pho! They already know what we order! This is a must try if you want some great pho. Their sushi and other dishes are delicious as well! Clean, fresh food, excellent service.Food: 5/5

I always have loved pho bistro! I come here often and the owner is very kind and familiar with me! I usually order the N11 or chicken fried rice. It’s affordable and will satisfy your craving!! Genuinely… this place is worth your time and money. PLUS the sushi is amazing and fresh DAILY.Food: 4/5 View menu

I've been visiting this restaurant for about two years, and I absolutely love their pho. However, I've noticed that the garlic sauce on the tables doesn’t get replaced regularly. During my last few visits, the sauce was bubbly and white, and it had a bad odor. They should really be changing it daily and keeping it refrigerated. Apart from that, everything else is fantastic!

During our visit, Kim served us, but throughout the interaction, she continuously viciously stared at us, provided curt responses, and made the overall experience uncomfortable. I used to enjoy this place, but due to Kim's behavior, I don't think I'll be returning. It's disheartening that someone in the food service industry would display bias or similar attitudes, I just want to believe you’re having a bad day.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I found the dining room to be aromatic and welcoming. When I arrived after 1 PM for a late lunch, there were quite a few customers already dining. The staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the Beef Flat Noodles, which had good flavor, though I felt the portion was fair—perhaps it could use a bit more vegetables. The prices were typical for the area. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5. View menu

The best place to eat at when you’re craving Pho!I am from California and this place reminds me of a spot in my hometown that I would frequently visit. The fish always has a fresh beautiful color too. My husband and I love eating here when we get the chance after a long day at work. The staff is wonderful and I appreciate all the hard work they put into the kind atmosphere and great quality food. Keep up the amazing work! We love everything on the menu and the quality!?Vegetarian options: There is variety on the menu and the staff is always willing to accommodate!

I used to be a regular at this restaurant, despite knowing that the service provided by the Asian lady was often quite poor. However, after my experience today, I've decided not to return. The food I ordered was far from tasty, and I barely touched it. When I brought this to her attention, she insisted that no one else had complained and claimed that I had eaten all the meat. In reality, my dish was mostly untouched. I was forced to pay for the entire meal, as she refused to replace it or offer me another plate of the same dish. I ended up paying for a meal I couldn't eat. The other servers seemed embarrassed by the situation. Running a restaurant involves recognizing that food can go bad qu...

"Our family has been ordering home delivery from this 54th Street location for over a year now and we have never had an issue with delivered food. My kids love the street kid burgers and waffle fries. Other household favorites include the burgers, steaks, gyro, and gringo dip. We've eaten at location twice. The location is about what you would expect from current day sports leaning bars. Lots of TVs, especially around the bar, an eclectic mix of memorabilia on the walls, and Americana leaning music, mostly country and classic Rock with the random top 40 from fifteen years ago mixed in.The first time the service was good. There was a slight mix up when our steak came out and I received another customer's well done steak, and he received my medium steak. The server noticed the mix up immediately and took both steaks back immediately. We were a few tables apart under the same server in the same section. Mistakes happen, the steak was re made, and it turned out tasty. Slight inconvenience but overall the food was good, service was excellent, and there was nothing to complain about. The manager came by and apologized all over himself, but we assured him everything was okay, that it was just a mistake, etc. We were not unhappy at all and the manager was very apologetic. Our must recent trip we were seated under a very attentive server. She took our order promptly, made sure we always had drinks more than half full on the table, and was very quick to remedy any minor issues. Unfortunately the quality of the steak on this trip was just not good. I'm not sure if the restaurant has made any alterations to the recipes being used to prep meat in the kitchen, but there was an overwhelming, unpleasant smoke flavor to the steak. I hesitated to send the steak back, but the server insisted another steak be cooked. I do not like to send food back, I apologized for inconveniencing her and the kitchen, but the smoke flavor was so overwhelming the steak was really inedible. When the steak was replaced it was cooked closer to order temperature and the flavor was a little less smokey, but still undesirably strong. It was good enough to eat most of and we took the leftovers home. After warming the remainder to eat at home it was quite rare on the end that was left uneaten in the restaurant. The steak was ordered medium and after reheating at home there were dark red areas in the middle of the steak. The overall texture was also not great, nearly like it was steamed and the sear was non existent. The server was, again, awesome. She apologized, informed the manager, discussed a course of action with the kitchen, and did her best to make it right. But at the end of the day the steak was just disappointing. I had hoped the manager would stop by so I could ask what changed regarding the steak preparation, but at no point did he stop by our table. Gringo dip was still great, my husband enjoyed his gyro, but the steak was a giant disappointment.Overall, despite the great service, the food being sub par at a restaurant (and in this economy) makes me think we should try another local steak and burger joint. : sad to say because we had really grown to like this place."

"For our anniversary dinner, which we had booked weeks in advance, we were seated at a cramped and noisy bar table. The only acknowledgment of our special occasion came from the host. We ordered the market price for a pound of crab, only to find that I received perhaps three ounces of meat from a single claw. Their response to our dissatisfaction was a mere $25 refund. I've never felt so disregarded, even at chain restaurants. My husband and I enjoy discovering new places to celebrate our anniversary, and we'd been eager to try Urban Grill. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found our reservation table was a small bar top for two, which I dislike, especially on such an occasion. Despite this setback, we tried to make the best of it. The host acknowledged our anniversary, but that was the last notable gesture. Our server Debra was friendly and attentive, and the food was indeed good. My husband enjoyed the lamb and the "little piggy" drink. I ordered the surf and turf, featuring filet and Alaskan king crab. While the filet was excellent and perfectly cooked, the crab was disappointing—just one long claw with maybe 2-3 ounces of meat. The sides were delicious, and we enjoyed the apple fritters and crème brûlée as well. However, when we received the bill, my surf and turf cost $105. The filet itself was listed at around $39, meaning we paid over $60 for a meager amount of king crab. For the same price elsewhere, I've had far larger portions. The market price for crab is listed at $69.99 for a full serving, so it felt like we were charged an excessive markup. In summary, while the food was tasty, the steep prices, uncomfortable seating, and lack of meaningful acknowledgment for our anniversary left us unimpressed. Unfortunately, due to these factors, we won’t be returning."
