"Good PhoI got just the rare beef Pho..Perfect portion for one the small is.I liked that it didnt overload noodles that soaks up broth...The broth is the best part of Pho imo...I also liked that beef was sliced so thin making it very tender. The hot peppers also were thin sliced....perfectThe broth was perfectly seasoned but more sliced yellow onion cooked in broth will give a sweetness that was a bit lacking. The service was excellent ... Pho is not easy to find near the beach...The only other Pho spot is up in Rehoboth and wasnt as good as this place is so its worth the drive down."

I got the regular pho combination.The broth was tasty and the service was on point.All in all very good but the portions were off. I get it, times are tough right not but sheesh.The regular bowl should be marked as a small starting around 10-13 dollars if anything.

March is not a hot season in Ocean City so we didn't expect much from restaurants here. Pho-Char Grill turned out to be one of the best Vietnamese-style restaurants I've visited in last few years. Nice environment, good service, and quality food. Will visit again next time in Ocean City.

By far, this is the best Pho restaurant in the Ocean City/Fenwick/Bethany area, and one of the top Pho spots in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan region! The food is exceptional, and the owners are very accommodating and willing to customize your order. I've dined here at least five times, and the quality has consistently been excellent! I will definitely return! Parking: There's free parking available in front of the restaurant.

I also ordered the Summer roll, which was equally underwhelming. It was primarily filled with raw cabbage and a slice of tofu, lacking any cohesion. One bite and the whole thing fell apart. The peanut sauce was basic and completely forgettable. When I go to a restaurant, I expect to be served by professionals. My soup was no better than something an amateur could throw together in their own kitchen. I walked in hungry and left still hungry. We did leave a 10% tip, but the experience didn’t meet my expectations.
