Pho Country - Menu

I was a bit hesitant when placing my order, but everything turned out to be perfect and only took 5 minutes to arrive. The spring rolls were fantastic, but the fried rice was not as good.

Great effort from this restaurant. Two out of the three dishes we ordered were excellent. The vermicelli salad was just okay, lacking in fresh herbs, but the vegan spring rolls that came with it were delicious.

i have had pho country many times, both delivery and in person. they are always very friendly and fast, and i love the food. the spring rolls always taste very fresh, the vegetables that come with the pho are crisp and a large portion. love ordering from here. View menu

This place has always been a go to since I’ve lived in Carson, even since before I have been vegan. However once I turned vegan I was able to see the vast array of options here I could have. The tofu spring rolls are always my go to as well as the veggie clay pot.

This is one of my favorite meals but today it lacks flavor. I am so disappointed. I have waited for Pho to be part of the delivery service but I am not sure I would order again. The size is considerably smaller and the quality had alot to be desired. Please look at fixing both so that I can order again. I really miss good food.

If you're looking for a five star dining experience look elsewhere. Pho Country has a waitstaff that's focused on business and getting you what you need (they're friendly enough and always helpful). The menu is easy to read with a clearly labeled vegetarian section and you can ask what's vegan. If you ask for tofu pho with vegetable stock they'll make it although it's not clearly on the menu. Best thing they offer is the tofu spring rolls. You can also call in ahead and carry out but there's never a wait even when they're very busy and service is very prompt View menu

I ordered the pad Thai. The pad Thai here is not remotely close to pad thai. They didnt even bother using pad Thai noodles . It lacked flavor. The bean sprout and veggies that accompany PT were scant. To me it was inedible. I also ordered the grilled pork noodle salad. It should have jalepeno, chive, more than 5 bean sprouts , a handful of fresh mind, basil and cilantro, pickled carrot, peanuts and fish sauce. The meat , the noodles, and the fish sauce were edible but the rest was either not included or too few to even be noticeable. My bill came to 48 for two dishes with tip and fees. Astounding. Disappointing. And, 4.6 stars? I wonder truly about the others tastes.

Dont waste your money! The crab ragoons that cost $10, I was excited to see what this high priced ragoon had to bring.. They came and looked like the little paper footballs we used to make in high school. They are just fried bread NO CRAB NO CREAM CHESSES NOTHING! They do throw in some lettuce. And the Pho is just as bad. Its mostly noodles.. I ordered rare meat and flank steak and I got 4 small pieces of meat.. (barely enough for a small dog) All other pho places give you large pieces of meat and when you order multiple meats they usually make sure that the meats were actually in the delivered order. And the soup you put your meat in so it can cook, luke warm. I will never go back here and...

We dined at this restaurant once last year with our family and had a good experience. However, during our most recent visit, we made it clear multiple times that we were vegan. We ordered the vegan pho, but it was not as satisfying as our previous visit as it seemed to be lacking Thai basil and had an excess of cabbage instead. There was minimal cilantro and lacking in spices. We also ordered four vegan dishes to-go and specifically mentioned that we did not want the complimentary egg-drop soup. The server informed us that they no longer served that soup, which initially impressed us. Unfortunately, upon returning home, we discovered wontons containing pork in our soup.
