"My comfort food spot in Minneapolis when I don't know where else to go for food! In comparison to many phở spots that I have been to in the Twin Cities, Phở Hòa is pretty solid because as much as the food here can never been compared to home-cooked Vietnamese meals, they still do a good job providing decent quality food that one can still enjoy if they do not feel like cooking that day. The phở broth is better than that from most places that I have been to.I am not sure if they have Bún Bò Huế because I don't recall seeing it here, but I have had the Bún Bò Xào before here and it tastes pretty good to me. The tofu is well pan-fried, and the onion is nicely caramelized. Mixing them with the noodles allows flavors to combine nicely. In terms of phở, I am always going for #97, which is Phở Chín, Nạm, Gầu, Gân, Sách, meaning brisket, flank, fatty flank, tendon, and tripe. Again, it's the broth that counts, but meat lovers will have #97 as a good option for sure. One can also order #91, which, instead of brisket, has steak instead, and everything else is the same.It seems like this restaurant is actually a chain business which I did not realize until my friend in Boston went to the one there! Even on Nicollet Ave, commonly known as Eat Street, with several Vietnamese restaurants, this place still stands out as a solid option for one to get comfort food.Service was pretty fast and on point. You should not be expecting anything above and beyond simply because that's not the way these small Asian restaurants do it, but the waitresses get the job done, and that is more than enough for me!One thing to know, which I am not sure if it applies nowadays, is that they might charge extra if you pay with a credit card."

A beautiful Vietnamese restaurant to sample phonudels, roasted rice, roasted tofu with vegetables and rice and delicious smoothies. I would recommend for everyone.

The bahn mi was exceptional! I have never had a pork one before and I really did like it. As I normally have steak. I did order the pho and spring rolls and am waiting to dive into those as we speak.

Amazing Pho and great food! Orders pho, wontons and ei roll. Very delicious. There is even a small parking lot that was beautiful. Was very busy with short staff, but very nice place. Anyway, come back here to eat!

Very flavorful, tasty pho. It’s great that you can choose a size (regular or large) too. Nothing fancy about the atmosphere but the food really makes up for that. Friendly staff and plenty of parking space for bike or drive. View menu

Great experience. Fast food, great service, family friendly place. Everything's clean. Food slaps here... I tried her veggie pho w beef broth and bubble tea. Get back for more! My mother tried this pig and noodle meal and said she liked it too!

My boyfriend and I love coming here! We have an addiction to their cream cheese wontons and get them every few weeks. The Pho of course is great too! Seems very fresh and they have a lot of menu options to choose from. Vegetarian and meat eating options. Quick take out and dine in.

No pork hock in bun bo hue. Called ahead and they said yes. There was nothing in there and service was bad. Didn’t follow up with any customers of their needs. Pho broth was plain and watered down. The kitchen lady walked outside with apron and gloves on for 5 minutes came back inside with the same thing on. Didn’t know why she went outside for. Cross contamination! She could have taken all that off before going outside. Bad look for business View menu

81. (Steak Pho of course was a great bowl of Vietnamese soup. But if you want to eat something with more meat, try 76 (Steam Rice with Gilled Shrimp on a stick and Pork. , it tastes amazing each time! They also added Fish Sause to pour a bit on the rice and dip lettuce in there (Yes, there's also lettuce/salad . But there is the occasionally party of coworkers that come and stop there.Parking: Even though it's shared parking, there's a ton of parking spots! Don't worry if the lot will ever be full when trying to get energy for the day.

We normally eat here often but will not be returning after our last visit. I watched and older woman who was taking orders/serving stand in the corner making a Thai tea and a lemon soda, she was mixing the sugar into the lemon soda with a spoon. She decided to taste test the lemon soda with the spoon she was mixing the drink with, then proceeded to put that same spoon back into the drink to finish mixing. When she was done she capped both drinks, grabber her straw then sadly served the drinks to the table in front of us. I let the man that I assume was the manager know what just happened and he tried his hardest to tell me that was not what had happened and I must be mistaken despite my husb...
