"I just placed an order based off of the number online menu here on google and when I picked up my order, there was a massive price increase about $5/dish so about a 50% increase.I called to inquire and they told me that this menu isn’t theirs. Then when I asked further, they then admitted that it was their menu just that it’s old. And then with more questioning, they then said it is their menu but everything is hiked up because of covid.I don’t have an issue with the price hike because it is Covid, it makes sense. But their response felt quite deceitful and they didn’t have any real intention of looking into how to update their menu.So just keep that in mind when ordering from them."

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever visited, and they also serve a fantastic country boil.

Great pho, very friendly service. I have frequented this place for over 6 years and have never had a problem.

The food was very good and the location is clean and well organized. The managers were very nice. Tonight I brought my 2 young boys in to try Phő for the first time. The manager helped my boys to learn the proper way to pronounce the names and helped them learn to use the sticks. We will absolutely be back.

Years ago this place was called Pho Bay and I loved it. Now I hate it and the new name, Pho Kimmie. I will always drive to the next pho restaurant as opposed to eating here again. The rudeness is off the charts.*edit: Mainly the behind the scenes staff- kitchen, owners, etc. but I did have a bad experience with a server as well. View menu

We picked up food from this place yesterday and it was delish! I'm from So Cal so I know my pho. The broth was very tasty. I typically do a taste test first (before putting in any condiments) and it was packed with flavor. That's how you know the broth was good. I ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls, Pho with rare steak brisket and it was highly satisfying. I will be back!

Phò Kimmie was soo AMAZING, we ‍?LOVED it!! My grandson order the rice paper wraps DEVOURED them quickly! We also ordered fried dumplings which were deliciously crispy. Then came the Beef wrapped in betel leaf... All we can say is WOW!!! The seared beef were wrapped in a caramelized betel leaf, (which I've never had before) on a bed of very delicate not to mention intricately tied bed of rice vermicelli. Above those were romaine lettuce leaves, which is where the chef placed our pickled vegetables cucumber next to the delicious mint some other tasty beautiful leafy frondes. All in all it was one of the best lunches we've had in ages!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Phò Kimmie! ??A+A+

"So I suppose it's up to the manager of a restaurant whether to replace a returned entree at no extra charge the customer for the uneaten food. Whatever the policy at Sakana (we didn't ask when we saw the item in question added to our bill, we didn't feel like getting into an argument), we still found the attitude of the server when my girlfriend didn't enjoy her spicy miso ramen to be unacceptable. Instead of simply offering a replacement when my girlfriend explained that she couldn't taste any miso in the broth, the lady server told us that the miso ramen tasted as intended and that adding more paste to the broth would make it too salty. It still didn't taste very good, but whatever. Fine. My gf orders the curry ramen instead. It's pretty decent, nothing to write home about. At the end of the meal, we get charged full price for the spicy miso even tho all she ate of it was the egg added at additional cost. Did not mention this before the bill came out. We probably would've moved on without complaint if we hadn't been talked down to when trying to replace the order or had the return policy more clearly explained to us. Will not be coming back due to this experience. I've been to better and more expensive restaurants that return and replace an entree, no questions asked, especially when -you didn't eat it-. I've had $50 steaks taken back without being charged, but you're gonna die on the hill of your watery $15 ramen? No thx. The food, for the most part, is okay. My tonkutsu ramen broth was acceptable, tho my pork was overcooked. My gf's replacement curry ramen was better than the spicy miso, but it was not great. It did have tasty fried chicken, but very few other ingredients besides noodles and spinach. She wasn't so into it. Where the cuisine shines is the sushi. The fish tastes like it's well sourced and is adequately competitive for the price range. We didn't love the ramen experience, but we were actually considering coming back just for the sushi before we saw that they'd charged us for the returned food. The shrimp shumai appetizer was tasty but a little skimpy on the portions, four tiny dumplings for $8 or $9. Ultimately, Sakana is worth going to if you just want sushi and don't mind a somewhat cramped and loud atmosphere during peak hours and a snooty attitude from the staff. I'd have added more stars if not for the service experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Nigiri"
