Pho Lotus - Menu

Food is so flavorful and delicious! We ordered the fried rice and they let us have no veggies in it. The gyoza and egg rolls were excellent. The 4 stars only is because the pho noodles they use are not the long traditional ones but they're still good.

I visited this restaurant for the first time a week or so ago, and I just have to say wow! The service is great, they're so kind and joke around with you. The ambiance itself is cool, lots of things to spot and look at. Now the food! It is gorgeous, honestly; some of the best Thai food I've had in a long time.

Had chicken fried rice and fresh spring rolls. Huge portion, which is nice, but was mostly just rice, not much chicken or veggie. The fried rice didn't have much flavor, but it wasn't bad. The restaurant features a bright and clean open seating area. They have a great selection on the menu and are planning to expand their offerings to include hot pot soon (though I’m not sure when that will be). I ordered the large bowl of chicken pho, which had decent flavors and toppings. The broth was satisfactory, but not particularly remarkable—just average. On the plus side, the service was quick and friendly; I was greeted right away. I noticed a lot of takeout orders as well. My food was served promptly and fresh! The four egg rolls I had were crunchy and hot, making for a delicious and satisfying dinner overall.

We tried out this place and we were seated once we entered the place. We had four different staff come to our table and at first we were like service seemed fast here as they showed attention to us. This quickly vanished as more customers were seated. Halfway through our dinner we no longer were being attended to. Other tables were getting waters refilled but not our table. A simple water refill was not provided and we had to walk up to find someone for basic service. The lady who dropped our ticket had poor customer service and had noticeable stress or pressure from having a lot of people there. Our first visit was a fail.

Above-average pho at above-average prices. The pho here is decent but not exceptional. While it surpasses many local Vietnamese restaurants in delivering good Vietnamese cuisine, the pho itself falls into the average category. It doesn't quite measure up to some of the better pho spots in the area. Additionally, the prices are on the higher side—several dollars more than Phonatik—which seems unwarranted considering the difference in quality and ambiance between the two. I've been meaning to go here for quite sometime. I knew it was one of the newer restaurants in town and I LOVE Thai food, so last night I decided to check this place out. Pad Thai is usually one of my go to dishes when I order Thai food, so I decided to order the Seafood Pad Thai. I honestly was not very impressed with the flavor. It was good....but it had way too much tomato sauce. I might as well have been eating spaghetti. Not only that, but because of inflation, the prices here are astronomically high. Too high. takeout order I used their easy ordering system on their website to do a pickup order. I purchased the pad Thai, gyoza and Thai tea Everything was delicious except the chicken. The chicken was tough and seemed well...old. Not spoiled, but a few days in the fridge after being cooked old. Pad Thai was very good otherwise and very generous serving easily two meals or split with a friend. Next time I will ask for extra peanut sauce on the side. I added my own chili paste at home to help amp up the flavor profile a bit. It really helps bring out the lime in my opinion.
