"Lets start by saying I never knew this place was here. Vietnamese Iced coffee is one of, if not the best Ive had recently. Pho broth reminded me of my mothers broth growing up. (Its very good but dont kill me mom...Ive had better). But lets say this is the first time I got a small bowl and wished I got the large. Meat was tender and they have a lot of options. I would definitely return for the Pho. Inside is clean and has a decent amount of seating. Parking is convenient. Staff very polite and quick. Cost was similar to many other places in the area. I did get a banh mi to go. Will update review after I try it. If you're looking for a new place to try, stop in here and get yourself a bowl.Update: Banh Mi was ok (id give it 2.5 stars. Probably wouldnt get it again) Still looking for the best banh mi in CT. If you know a place let me know!"

Waitress missed several items we ordered even after repeating our order. When they showed us our ticket, she didn't even write it down.Food: 4/5

The restaurant has a lovely decor and cozy ambiance. It felt warm and authentic, even the menu is mainly in Vietnamese. The service was fast and friendly. The food was above average and it was reasonably priced.Food: 4/5

Food was great. A good options for vegetarian people as well. Nice and clean. If you're not comfortable with chopsticks, they do provide other cutleries. Depending on what you're ordering. Price was decent. For 3 ppl it costed $55Food: 4/5

This is one of the best spots in Connecticut for pho. The quality of the pho is good, but it could be more consistent—sometimes there's less meat, and other times the noodles are overcooked. The prices are reasonable, so if you enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, it's definitely worth a visit. Food: 4/5. View menu

Got the pho dac biet. The meats overall were overcooked and the broth was lacking a bit of flavor and felt flat. The chili oil on the table however was great! They give plenty of beansprouts and interestingly give lemon rather than lime for the condiments.I also like how they provide both packaged wood and unpackaged plastic chopsticks to give customers the option.

The food was quite good, but the service left much to be desired. Our server neglected to check in with us and didn’t even acknowledge us when we were seated. She only brought water to the table and then promptly walked away. I cannot recommend this place. Just down the street is Pho Boston, which I think is a much better choice with a nicer atmosphere and better service. Food rating: 4/5.

Ordered 4 dishes and two drinks. My favorite was the pork spring rolls (forgot to take pic ate too fast)This place has the most extensive Vietnamese menu I have seen. We love good food and eat at dives like this as well as high end places. This is mom pop operated. Dad takes order and Mom brings to table. Service is slow but that's to be expected. And it's not fancy or organized. If that doesn't bother you...and you want to try things you couldn't get at a local Vietnamese place check it out. Food is great but going to give 3 stars for the cleanliness. View menu

Authentic, great tasting Vietnamese food. Silent, but attentive waitstaff. I ordered a pork chop platter and the chop was huge, thick, fatty, and juicy. I enjoyed their fish sauce too. The beef and vermicelli wasn't as noteworthy as the pork chop. It had lemon grass flavor. My guest enjoyed it fully. The egg rolls were overpriced. Almost $7 for 2 rolls and the inside was overfilled with veggies which made it mushy. I tasted the bun bo hue soup and it was delicious. Great flavor: right amount of lemon grass, umami, and spice. Enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely come back if I found myself in Hartford, CT.

My family and I visited this restaurant recently, and our experience was less than satisfactory. While we were waiting for our last ordered dish, the staff offered us a different dish that we hadn’t ordered. We politely declined, opting to stick with our original choices. To our surprise, after waiting for half an hour, our food still hadn't arrived. When we approached the owner to inquire about the delay, he informed us that he had canceled our order because we declined the dish he offered. I understand that miscommunication can occur in restaurants, but the level of service here was incredibly disappointing. Consequently, we have decided not to return in the future.
