"The 2 star rating is probably my fault, as I'm comparing this Pho Tre Bien to the rest of them. Having been to all of the other locations including the Express Pho Tre Bien by Fort Bliss; this is the worst of all the locations. My wife and I decided to have dinner at this location on a Tuesday at 7pm. Customer service was super slow bordering on lackadaisical. We were pleased with the winter rolls but the pleasure ended there. My wife ordered the usual number 011 (rare steak Pho),I ordered the number 13 (rare steak and brisket). The bowls were delivered on the cold side is lukewarm from the kitchen. Side dish had no basil and the jasmin tea we both ordered was brought in a single tea pot. Then was not refilled when empty. We won't come back. Take heed, it's worth driving to the gateway location or to Siagon Taste on the westside and just forgo this location."

We had the bowl of Pho with chicken and crispy roasted rice noodles with beef and a tai tea. They were delicious! It is small, but the staff is very friendly and good atmosphere and food is great.

The service was quick and friendly. The Spicy Beef Soup is packed with meat and noodles, seasoned perfectly with the right spices. The broth is just as delicious as the pho—perhaps even on par with it.

Ordered grilled pork chops , thinking it was going to be like the one I ordered from the other location. Completely wrong , it was dry , no flavor although it may look like it. I love Vietnamese food, but this was a big mistake that I won’t do again

It’s always nice to have a hot bowl of pho in a cold winter night. Service is very slow, all the tables are full but only 2 waitresses. We have to wait for about 1 hour to get our food. I’m not sure if it’s because of Chrismas or they’re just slow and lack of waiters/waitresses. View menu

Excellent and friendly service! From my personal liking, the taste of the Pho was a little bit bland but really good whatsoever, in my own view I believe it required to be a little bit more concentrated. And I recommend the sandwich as well. The bread and taste from the sandwich is superb!

Pho Tre Bien is a staple in El Paso and one of the best spots to enjoy authentic Vietnamese pho. I tried the Spicy Beef soup, which may not be spicy by local standards, but it was absolutely delicious! I finished every last bit of the broth—it was that good! The side of bean sprouts and jalapeños added a refreshing touch to the dish. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for something truly different and unique!

Well let me first start off by telling you they were out of chicken for the pho. Being my favorite, that was a disappointing thing to hear. They did not have thai basil at the moment nor was there any hot water available for the hot teas. Boba was not bad, soup overall wasn't too awful either. I just wish they had the chicken pho. Good service though. That guy didn't hesitate to grab me more limes or anything and was very polite. Environment was calming. View menu

Aubrey is amazing! We were passing through town and wanted to get dinner with vegetarian options and every other place nearby was either busy or closed pho tre bien got our food out in ~7min and apologized for the long wait ! The food was amazing and the portions were generous for the very reasonable price. Service was incredibly polite and professional, even with our handful of weird requests. Couldn 't recommend this place more great ambiance, great food, wonderful service.

The pho dishes here are exceptional and flavorful. The broths are delightful, and the rice dishes are satisfying, all at a reasonable price. They also cater to vegetarian and vegan options. Don't miss out on the Curry Chicken Rice—it's fantastic and definitely one of the best dishes on the menu! The desserts are wonderful, though they aren't always available. The beer and beverage selection focuses primarily on South Asian favorites, which are quite enjoyable. The ambiance is relaxed and intimate, making it perfect for meetings or small gatherings.
