The vegetarian section of the menu offers a nice variety of vegan options. We tried the vegetarian rolls, pho chay, and bun bo chay (chay=veg) and they were all very fresh. The portions were generous, allowing us to take home leftovers.

I enjoyed the pho at P1 as always, it was delicious. However, the Fried Wontons were just okay. They lacked flavor and were soggy after being delivered (which is not the restaurant's fault, but a downside of delivery). I will not be ordering the wontons again, but I will definitely continue to order the pho!
