"DO NOT WORK HERE! THIEVES ARE YOUR OWNERS! I quit due to multiple reasons: I was the only server most of the time without any help. They would blame me over small mistakes like if I accidentally spilled a drink or messed up something, they would also blame me for the bug infestation when they leave the garage door in the back open all the time. I was not only a server but I had to clean and be responsible for the phone while the two owners would sit in the back and play games on their phones. They are not good with flexible schedules and they think they can pull you in whenever. The owners would tell me last second when they’re going to be open or closed so most times I’d have to waste a total of 40 minutes in gas. I was forced to serve expired drinks to people and was yelled at for throwing away boba that expired 7 months ago at the time I was working there. I was yelled at constantly in front of customers and was talked bad about behind my back. The owners are friends with really sketchy people as in these people were tweakers and would call the owners by random names. I was given notes by a few of the tweakers about the business raising money over jail bonds. So if you support this business your not supporting a family your supporting possible addicts who are in jail. And I was pushed by an owner in front of one of their tweaker pals over something I forgot to do which was fill the ice, tweaker said “oh that’s how kim just acts”. Well that’s not normal behavior, maybe to a tweaker but it’s not. They are also highly ableist, I’ve seen them mock disabled customers in the back. “Thieves are your owners” “why” you may ask? Because they have accused me of stealing canned drinks before though I paid for them and showed the receipt, accused me of “stealing cups” for whatever reason, wanted to steal a $70 tip a big family gave to me, and it has been a month since I’ve quit and I’ve yet to get my check of $110 they were supposed to give me. Every time I tried to call for it they’ve refused because I only worked 3 days a week and not a full 40 hours which is bull, I have friends that work less than 40 hours and they still get their checks. Please do not support or work for this company, your money isn’t going towards a family to feed. It’s going towards someone’s jail bonds or probably drugs"

The food is excellent, and I try to eat there at least once a month, or more often if I can. The dishes are always served hot, and the restaurant is very clean.

I was not pleased with the staff, especially the cook, who displayed a lack of professionalism. When I asked for a mint, the cook overreacted and started shouting. The service was quite disappointing.

This place is so good! I was wanting something different and was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, I got the crispy fried chicken chicken. I say it's so much better than Peking in Wytheville VA. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This restaurant is fantastic and comes highly recommended! We tried the vegetarian spring rolls and vegetarian pho, and both were delightful. We always look for vegetarian pho wherever we go, and this was one of the best we’ve ever tasted. The service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was enjoyable and relaxing, featuring a charming old American diner theme that added to our experience as we savored our delicious Vietnamese dishes.

Yesterday I found an interesting surprise when opening up mine and my husband’s order.. SURPRISE!! A wasp eek! Thankfully it was dead because I’m allergic to them. This is my first time eating pho 126 so I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else. Could you imagine working there and coming across a live wasp? But how did a dead wasp wind up in my order?? My food was freshly made when I picked it up hmmmmm. Definitely won’t be getting food from this place again if there’s going to be bugs in my food View menu

I placed an order through Skipli at 12pm. Waited an hour and said my order still wasn’t ready. Called 5 times. No answer. Decided to drive up to see what the deal is. It’s closed. Door locked. Google and Skipli tells me pho126 is supposed to be open today. They have no facebook or instagram saying when they’re going to be opened and closed. To be fair, I have been here before to dine in. Food is decent. Would give 2 1/2 stars if I could. But please, if you’re going to run a business please please please have some sort of media letting customers know about the schedule!!!

Awesome restaurant — highly recommended! We got vegetarian spring rolls and vegetarian pho. Both were fantastic! Everywhere we go, we search for vegetarian pho and this was one of the best we’ve had anywhere. The service was fast and pleasant. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing — an old American diner theme, which made us smile as we enjoyed our amazing Vietnamese food. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. We ordered the vegetarian spring rolls and vegetarian pho — both dishes came with tofu and had lots of vegetables included. Parking: Many parking spots that were all clearly marked.
