"Wow! I regret not trying this place sooner. I’m not usually an egg roll person (I don’t like bland and heavily fried things), but these were the best egg rolls I’ve ever had—crispy and fresh. The tofu panang curry was delicious, too! Tofu usually tastes disappointing, but they cook theirs perfectly. This was my favorite takeout meal I’ve had since the quarantine began."

Disappointed in the taste(less) thai food for the price which seemed extremely high.

The customer service is amazing and the food is so fresh, delish and it looks like prepared by the order. Best Thai food I ever had.

Everybody I take to this restaurant absolutely loves the food. They're just doing takeout right now during covid. But they're coconut chicken soup is out of this world!!!

Nice folks, good food, unpretentious atmosphere, fair prices. Charleston is lacking in decent international food, but we are very happy this place is in our neighborhood. View menu

Excellent, can beat tasty Thai and sushi or Thai Elephant.... shrimp beef and chicken are incredile… not like other Thai or Chinese restaurants.. Keep up the good work! Worth every penny

Not what I hoped for after reading the previous reviews. I ordered egg/spring rolls, shrimp fried rice and Thai Tea. The rolls were good but the rice left something to be desired, the shrimp were very fishy. Disappointing for the money.

This is within 1 -hour of the Hudson Valley town and is so week situated and priced that we are signing up my sister to live there in a few weeks. They have re furnished rooms, internet, activities and van service. Plus three meals and housekeeping. View menu

I ordered the curry dumplings and pad Thai (medium spicy). As always, the food is amazing. The seasoning is great and there's no need for any additional sauce or season. I ended it with their custard and sticky white rice. Very pleased with the service as well.

This is our preferred Thai takeout in James Island! Very friendly lady running the show, and love the new eco-friendly takeout containers! We always receive great service and very consistent food. My only complaint would be that I wish they had yellow curry! There is no yellow curry in all of James Island.

"I just have one word that describes my experience here. WOW It was an absolute experience coming here. We were in town for my birthday and decided to eat here for my bday dinner/last night in Charleston. The vibe and atmosphere were classy, fun, and calming. They have a main bar area where you can grab a drink while you wait for a table and can be quite lively later in the evening. The dining rooms are towards the back, a lot quieter and more intimate so has a flavor for whatever you are into. The service was absolutely perfect. Our server (I wish I would have gotten her name she served our party of two at 10pm on Saturday 8/17) was so insanely friendly and personable. She knew her stuff and then some when it came to presenting the menu, but also would come chat with us and give us tips and recs for Charleston as she knew we were from out of town. They also gave us a free cheesecake and glasses of champagne on the house for our celebration. Just overall made us feel incredibly special and welcomed (we don't normally eat at places like this lol). The food, omg.....I am not overstating or being hyperbolic.......this was hands down without a doubt the greatest steak I have ever had in my life. Nothing even comes close. I had the Dry Aged Ribeye, and it has completely ruined steak for me because nothing will ever be that good. My girlfriend got the Filet, and it was in the same ballpark. Just legendary. We also got a side of the lobster Mac Cheese and it was fluffy with a perfect crust on top. Amazing flavor and texture. If you ever have the opportunity to dine, do yourself a favor and go. This was one of the best dinner experiences I have ever had. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience to the wait staff, the chef, servers, everyone there played a part and gave me a memory I will hold onto forever. Thank you!!"

"My fiancé and I were engaged on 12/22/17 and he planned our solemn dinner with Circa 1886, and it was nothing less amazing. Charles was our waiter and delivered the best service we had ever experienced. The next day we even called the restaurant to rave over our experience. The service was like a clockwork, but we were not rushed. Our glasses were never half empty and our cutlery was replaced by any course. We received free champagne regularly $34/glass) and customized congratulation menus to start the meal. All the questions we had on the menu were answered and Charles gave great suggestions for meals. I ordered the Intermezzo cocktail and my fiancée ordered the famous Scotch cocktail, both were great. We ordered the scallops and the beets and chèvre as starters. The scallops were cooked for perfection. Very buttery and melt in your mouth - I wish more than 2 came on the plate! The beet and the Chèvre were exquisite with cool goat cheese sauce. We ate every bite. 2 bite-sized free snacks were provided by the cook - one was a spoon with a cheese cube, almond and cherry, the other was a divided Lima bean soup. YUM. As for dinner, my fiancée did the 5 courses tasting menu beef pate, heirloom tomato salad, pheasant, lamb, pumpkin soap) and he enjoyed everything. The portions were generous and Charles gave me additional plates so that I could choose the different dishes. I ordered the triple potato gratin I am vegetarian and it was from this world. Very sweet and delicious. Charles then surprised me with a free dessert course of the Smores). Both plates were decorated with congratulations in chocolate - it was a very special note. When we included the $200 check with a generous tip) we felt like the experience and the food was worth 100% the money. We will definitely be back and would recommend everyone and everyone."
