"I don 't write a lot of reviews, but I was very disappointed in the service we received at The Pie Lady. My mom and I went in about a week and a half ago to have lunch and to talk to someone about ordering 15+ pies for my wedding. There was a small lunch crowd, probably about 10 tables to serve, and 3 waitresses. The waitress who served us was very friendly, and she tried to answer our questions as much as possible. As far as the process to order 15+ pies for a wedding, she suggested we speak to the manager. So we ordered lunch and waited to talk to the manager. Lunch came out in less than 10 minutes, so the kitchen didn 't seem backed up. It was fine, but nothing fantastic. I had a chef salad that was made with American cheese slices, and I could have made the same thing at home for a lot less money. Anyway, we finished lunch and ordered some pie (which was decent at best... the crust was too soft and the filling tasted canned). While we ate our pie, the manager finally came to our table, but before we could say/ask anything, she stated, I 'm sorry, I 'm too busy to speak with you. Please call and make an appointment . I completely understand being busy and short staffed, but as a manager focused on customer service you would hope to be treated with more respect, especially when someone is wanting to buy bulk product. She did apologized and said please in her short encounter with us, but her tone was annoyed, she didn 't allow us to ask any questions or leave a number, and she basically cut us off with no potential for follow up other than please call and make an appointment . I was really disappointed with the quality and the customer service. I 've never been treated like that at a restaurant or service organization, thus the reason I felt inclined to write a review and share this very unprofessional experience. This is unacceptable. One final thought...if you call yourself The Pie Lady, you better make the best pie in town. The Strawberry Rhubarb tasted like it was made out of jelly. The Peach had no flavoring like cinnamon or nutmeg, and it literally tasted like canned peach filling was poured in to a store bought crust, and slapped with a $13.75 price tag. Gross!"

This place is amazing, I thought our costume service was wonderful! We're out of here, but we'll definitely be back. The waitress was very friendly and the food was great. Defiantly a recommendation.

There is a wide selection of burgers, sandwiches, salads, and soups available at this restaurant. However, the fish and chips were expensive, small (only 2 pieces), and overly fried. There are many cakes to choose from as well. The sour cream raisin cake was decent, not too sweet, but nothing exceptional. View menu

A nice restaurant! The Pie Lady offers a wide selection of sandwiches, salads and natural cakes! I had the filled avocado salad and it was wonderful. All vegetables were crisp and fresh and the part was quite generous. I also had a slice of cherry cake, it was perfectly sweet and the crust was fresh and light. The staff is friendly and the owners really care about the quality of their dishes. Next time I'm in Cheyenne!

that's the best mom and pop I've ever eaten. everything we have eaten here is from ground to house. they have delicious and creative lunch specialties. they have great chefs. her waiting staff is always friendly, even if busy. then there are the cake omg so good and so many old time lovers. while sour cream rosin may not be anyone’s favorit, which brought childhood remembrance and was miraculous. the youngberry with ice cream was amazing. love this place!

Extremely disappointed. We drove way out of our way to eat here. My sandwich was lacking meat and the bread was simple white bread and smelled bad. The soup tasted like it came out of a can. My friend had a salad and she liked it. We both wanted to try the pie because that's what they are noted for. I had lemon and I could barely taste the lemon in it. The pie crust tasted like the one you buy pre-made at the store. Super thin, tough and tasteless. My friend ordered chocolate pecan, and the pecans tasted stale and the chocolate filling was just weird and not very tasty. We were the only ones there at 1 PM which seemed a little odd to me. Now I know why. View menu

As soon as I entered the restaurant, I immediately noticed that the carpet was dirty and there were very few customers. The waitress who served us had a torn/dirty shirt. Unfortunately, they were out of meatballs, cheesecake, and the country fried steak was frozen rather than hand-battered. I ordered the French dip sandwich, but it came on white bread instead of a French roll as listed on the menu. When I asked the waitress about this, she admitted they had run out of French rolls and forgot to inform me. Despite the restaurant's name being the Pie Lady, the pies we ordered were not made with homemade crust and my wife's peanut butter creme pie was bland with whole peanuts. To top it off, th...

The restaurant Pie has been good at times. The decor consists of an interesting collection of grandmother's aprons. The service is a bit snarky. Seven of us arrived after a funeral, with five of us arriving after the first group had already started eating. The waitress took orders from the late group but then refused to bring us coffee or pie. When we asked about the types of pie available, she became angry. The pies were listed on the wall in dark brown letters on light brown signs, making it difficult to read from a distance. Despite her frustration with our group arriving late, we were dealing with the recent loss of our son who had survived being deployed to the Middle East only to be ki...
