"I went to the restaurant for dinner and ordered several crabs. I requested mine to be steamed with Old Bay seasoning, but initially received a crab boil instead. After ordering more crab steamed with Old Bay, I was served plain steamed crabs with Old Bay on the side. The hostess was rude, which was not the first time we had encountered her unfriendly demeanor. On a previous occasion, she had told us they were not seating anyone when I asked for clarification, and when I questioned why, she said her manager had instructed her to do so, rolled her eyes, and resumed using her phone. This time, she was once again preoccupied with her phone and had a negative attitude, barely acknowledging us when seating us. However, our server, Natalie, saved the day with her exceptional service. If I were to rate this restaurant based solely on her performance, I would give it five stars."

Food was extremely salty. Had the crab and shrimp boil. Could not taste no butter , garlic nor Cajun. The seafood was cooked well . I expected a good butter sauce. Raging Cajun has a good boil. A bit more pricey but worth it and definitely more flavorful.

I absolutely adore the food, staff, and service at Pier 88. I recently brought my 5-year-old great granddaughter there for her graduation, and she had a wonderful time. The fried oysters are simply the best. I could dine there once a month without hesitation. Overall rating for food: 5/5.

The 1/2 lb boil was perfect not too much Def not still hungry either tho... ace alyah I loved the decor, the whole customer wall graffiti was awesome!! We of course left our own Lil mark on the wall booth where we sat. I didn't even mind that the waiter brought me the Cajun crab instead of the lemon pepper it was still really good ! Overall good experience. View menu

This place has gone downhill the past couple of years. The inside is just trashed. There’s not a good place to sit anywhere. There is not enough room in the waiting area and people tend to pile in on customers eating by the maitre’d station. I had the low country boil, she had shrimp and crawfish. Both dishes tasted great and were made to order. I just think the best bang for the dollar is to order ahead and pick up for home. Would not recommend eating in the restaurant.

This was my first time trying seafood, and I had it for dinner and then again for lunch the next day. I ordered the Famous Low Country Boil with extra eggs, corn, and potatoes seasoned with Lemon Pepper spice, and I loved it. My husband went with the 88 House Special, also a low country boil but with extra shrimp and sausage, and it was delicious too. However, we both agreed that my lemon pepper seasoning tasted better. The bartender at the restaurant makes amazing margaritas - we started with Peach Margaritas, and I had a Long Island Iced Tea for my second drink while my husband had a Mango Margarita.
