Pino's Deli - Menu

I love their service and their food is excellent. Their subs are the best and absolutely delicious.

This is one of the few great lunch spots. Not many places offer the variety like Pino's. The customer service is fantastic on top of the already amazing food! Hands down a must go!!

Prices have increased, but the quality has significantly declined. This used to be one of the top three delis in Rochester out of the ten in the area; now, it would be lucky to make it into the bottom three. View menu

Let me tell you this is The Best Place to order subs, hot or cold, Italian food cookies etc. I come here once a week and you get what you pay for. The staff is so friendly and every time I go in the owner is there. Love Love Pino's.

Very good, very fresh, and VERY friendly staff! Just know that even though you order what YOU might think is a hoagie (with all the hoagie toppings) you have to add them... lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. The cheesesteak tasted like very thinly sliced beef and not pressed beef! Excellent! View menu

The food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly kind! We recently placed an order for our office, and unfortunately, they forgot to include one meal. However, they not only delivered the missing meal but also offered us a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and our office will certainly be placing future orders as well. Thank you, Pino's!

I enjoyed the quick service and I'm dying to try something from their extensive deli counter. They had options I've never seen at local grocery stores before. The fresh bread and italian cookies also looked amazing. We tried a few prepared foods. The eggplant rolls were quite good. Easy to eat and loaded. The meatballs were huge and definitely tasty. We probably should have used the meatballs to make meatball subs. We probably would have been really blown away then.

As soon as you walk in, you take a number from a machine, but the service is efficient. We arrived on a weekday around lunchtime, and the first thing we noticed was a group of men tailgating in the parking lot with their subs—what a fantastic advertisement for Pino's! The service remains excellent (I think I might have been served by the same guy as last time), and they don’t rush you. They offer Boar's Head cold cuts along with a variety of salads and ready-made meals (like lasagna and meatballs), as well as baked goods. There's plenty of parking, and it's easy to get back onto the main road and onto Route 390 or the Thruway. I highly recommend Pino's, and we will definitely be returning! View menu
