"The owner of this restaurant was as rude as ever and completely out of line. He even tried to recruit my 4-year-old daughter to work in the kitchen! Yet, he refused to let us sit in the dining area with our one-and-only $50 mediocre pizza because their sign states “no outside food EVEN IF YOU ORDERED FOOD HERE.” I ended up having a bowl of chowder from a neighboring place. When I questioned him, saying, “You can’t let a mother sit with her family after we paid $50 for a pizza? It’s just chowder,” he completely lost it. His reaction was unreasonable and very impersonal. Honestly, the pizza isn’t worth the $50. I recommend going to a proper sit-down restaurant at Pike Place Market for a better experience. For example, try Cutters for fantastic views, food, and service. If you’re looking for something more budget-friendly, visit the Market at Pike."

Wonderful service. I ordered the spaghetti and marinara with meatballs. My friend ordered the spinach and ravioli pasta with a side of garlic bread. Bruno was very friendly and the hospitality was 10/10

We took a piece before realizing we needed a picture for the review. This pizza was AMAZING. The crust was light but not too salty. The mozzarella cheese was perfectly balanced. Bruno and his staff were very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend trying this place.

we stopped by here on our chefs tour of Pike Place. I don't even know which pizza we sampled but it had basil and mozzarella on it. it was piping hot and so so delicious. I saw such a long line. It's really good that they have plenty of patio seating as well. Absolutely adored the variety and the story behind this place. View menu

The chef was very friendly and created a great atmosphere. The carbonara was one of the best I've ever had, and I’ve been to Italy! They’re famous for their meatball sandwich, which is considered the best in Washington, and I can see why—it truly deserves the award! That sandwich was like a taste of heaven. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves pasta and meatball sandwiches.

I can't tell why this place is rated so high....probably because its part of the food tour or something. I ordered just a meatball sub, it was pricey and below mediocre at best. My bill was over 30 dollars for a meatball sandwich, nothing special added just plain and I waited over 15 minutes and there was no other customers at all besides the incoming food tour group. Sad, disappointing, and a total rip off!

However, I do think $20 for a meatball sandwich is on the pricey side, and it would be easier to justify that price if it included a salad or something similar. As it stands, it feels a little overpriced considering how good it is. I also tried the caprese, which was very tasty, featuring a lovely pesto. It was more reasonably priced and came with a side salad. As for vegetarian options, they offer a caprese sandwich and cheese pizza. View menu

To say I was impressed is an understatement. I didn't ask his name but this chef can cook. It has been a very long time since I've had pasta this good. From the Carbonara to the Fettuccine my other half ate, OMG so damn good. Then let's top it off with some garlic bread? Oh my... *Chef's kiss* The inside space is small but I thought of it as cozy. All in all, it was the smell that drew me in and I was more than happy to pay that high dollar price for what I got. Amazing.

Pizza, Italian food, I had it here, and please! One taste and I can tell no Italian blood in anything I tasted, where they are from I don't know but if you want to eat good Italian food then don't eat here!! Also the aggravation of sitting truly sucks, they actually had a family move from next to us and they had bought all the desserts from the Pizza and Pasta Bar, but because the main meals were not from them they made a big stink and had them move. I will not spend a dime extra ever at this place when visiting Seattle again. Oh, and the above comment on Italian blood, I have eaten great, fantastic Italian foods made by many non-Italians, but this one is definitely not one of them. Do yours...
