Pizza Factory in Emmett is a very nice and cozy restaurant with great atmosphere. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, and the food and beverages (pizza, breadsticks and Dragonstooth beer) were excellent. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Went to Pizza Factory tonight; Amazing food, great atmosphere and the owners are absolutely fantastic! Love the way this place has been renovated. Definitely for the better. I go there like every other week and I'm really close to the staff (really nice people) and there food is great they make there dough from scratch and there salads are always crisp and they have so many options to choose from. This is the best place I’ve ever worked at. I love the food and the kitchen is one of the cleanest you can find. It is a bit pricy but I prefer the homemade taste over Dominos and it’s just as good if not better than Idaho Pizza’s. The owners areextremely nice and plan to keep improving the restaurant. Definitely a 5 star from me.

Absolutely best Pizza. Great service. Delivery drivers are extremely nice. They are actually pretty quick too. I'm always surprised at how fast it shows up. If I could give this establishment a big fat 0 I would. Don't waste your time at this store. I didn't realize I ordered a single tiny salad with my delivery order for my family. He the owner, who makes, 50k a month on this town, I know, becausehe told me so during our conversation and said my measly 299.00 year to date at his store isn't enough for him to return my untouched order or fix it. I could receive a coupon. 56.00 I spent. WE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Rudest person on the phoneaward to your customers! Isn't that a glorious small salad enough to serve my whole family. He didn't care one bit about ushaving enough for our family. ????

We have lived in Emmett since 2008. We have had the opportunity to patron all the food service establishments in Emmett, with the exception of Pizza Factory . Not sure why we hadn 't until now, but it is what it is, ... and what it is is great!! Wow!! Weare so very pleased with your pizza. The freshness, can not be missed. I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for lunch, and it was a fantastic experience overall. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20, which I found very reasonable considering the quality. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend trying the All Meat Pizza; it was simply delicious and packed with flavor. The service was equally impressive, also deserving of a 5-star rating.
