"Unfortunately, the nostalgic atmosphere was where the positives ended. Despite our fond memories, the overall experience fell short. There was confusion about whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated, as there were no signs to guide us. Once we figured it out, we noticed that the restaurant seemed to be focusing more on delivery orders rather than dine-in customers—or perhaps they were just busy, it was hard to tell. Menus were carelessly placed in front of us, and our drink orders were hastily taken. Since the Pizza Hut menu isn't extensive, we quickly made our selections and were ready to order by the time our drinks arrived. We went with the BBQ chicken pan pizza and an order of garlic knots. The garlic knots were decent but not worth the price; we probably should have opted for the breadsticks instead. Essentially, the garlic knots felt like half a breadstick twisted into a knot and brushed with butter. The BBQ chicken pizza was also underwhelming; the sauce lacked a kick and was overwhelmed by the other toppings, especially the red onions. We ended up not finishing it and left it uneaten. What truly disappointed us was the service. While I understand that the restaurant is juggling both dine-in and delivery services, it's crucial to pay attention to the customers who are dining in. We felt largely ignored during our visit. There were hardly any check-ins from the staff, and by the time we received drink refills, we were almost finished with our meal. When we finally completed everything, we waited nearly fifteen minutes for our check. Frustrated, we decided to head to the counter to pay instead of continuing to wait. They seemed annoyed by our initiative, but we were simply tired of waiting and ready to leave. Overall, it was a letdown."

Alright, if a business doesnt have any staff they should simply be closed for the times they can not staff their establishment. Pizza hut in Baden for delivery. Call center can not understand me, says im cutting out, i hang up and place my order online ubstead. Wait forever. Food is supposedly delivered. No food. I drive from economy pool to pizza hut and they have 1 person working the whole restaurant. No drivers. They use Uber for deliveries. No one know where my food went. Now I sit waiting for them to remake it because I can't even get a refund because there is no manager here. Honestly. Just be closed.
