"I've always had a positive experience with this Pizza Hut, and I order from them quite frequently. While the delivery can take longer than expected, they do inform you of that, and they usually end up arriving either on time or even a bit early. I've never received a cold pizza. It seems that people typically leave reviews only after having either a really bad or an exceptionally good experience. My experiences have been perfectly fine. The food is tasty, and the staff is decent. My only complaint is that their menu claims the pasta serves two, but I think it's really just a little more than enough for one person. However, that issue is more with corporate than this specific franchise."

I wish I had checked reviews on other websites before placing my order. I was informed that it would take an hour and a half for my order to arrive on a Tuesday evening. After waiting for 1 hour and 50 minutes, I called to inquire about the status, and I was told that my order was out and should be arriving soon. There was no sense of urgency from anyone. Finally, after 1 hour and 55 minutes, my food arrived—cold, of course.
