Pizza Hut - Menu

The order was ready right on time, the staff member was extremely friendly, and the pizza was cooked to perfection.

We ordered from Pizza Hut, and I believe I've tried everything on their menu. I've never been disappointed. The food here is outstanding.

Not enough help. One waitress to do the seating, the ordering and the bringing the food out too long and the food wasn't hot after sitting there as long as we did will not go back to Pizza Hut. Suggest you don't

Been loyal customer over 40 years. Dined in one day and tried to get them to put points for visit on my rewards account. They said they'd no idea on anything to do with that. Emailed customer service and called customer service several times with detailed copy of receipt to no avail. Going on a month now, with no results. It's ridiculous! They say there's no one over the reps to talk to. This is totally unacceptable customer service for good, loyal customers. The service the last time I dined in wasn't good at all either.

After a dreadful experience with a Domino's phone representative, I decided to give Pizza Hut a try instead. Since we recently moved to Ravenna, we haven't had the chance to explore many pizza places in the area. My wife follows a low-carb diet, and unfortunately, Domino's was unwilling to accommodate our request for a crustless pizza. However, Sebastian at Pizza Hut stepped up and confirmed with his colleague on how to process our order correctly. He was very professional and genuinely eager to help us.
