"Instead of simply turning us away when we arrived, this wonderful team chose to accommodate our large group of energetic middle school boys who had just wrapped up a long five-hour meeting and needed to eat before our two-hour drive home. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly, the food was served quickly and was delicious, and they continually refilled our orders without any complaints about our noise or how long we lingered. If we ever have the opportunity to do this again, we would be more than happy to return to this restaurant. Thank you for your hospitality!"

I ordered online, and it took 45 to 60 minutes for my pizza to arrive. When it finally got here, it was cold. Additionally, there was no dipping sauce included, even though I specifically requested it. I spoke to the rudest and most unacceptable staff member I’ve ever encountered at Pizza Hut. I used to work at this location when it first opened, so I know that customers shouldn't be treated this way!

Although everything is shut down due to covid and buffet is a no go took my 7 year old for her first dine in at Pizza hut nonetheless and had a great experience the staff were super friendly and very willing to assist with the smallest of things. The store was very clean and social distancing measures were well above standards. Thanks pizza hut for the great experience we shall drive again from athens.
