"I have ordered from them a few times. The last 3 times have not been great. 1, online order set for 5:30- showed up at 4:45 and missing the pop. No biggie, things happen, and the driver actually drove all the way back to get it so that was very much appreciated. 2, online order- once again, forgot the pop and the pizza wasn’t cut. Again, whatever. Not the end of the world but still kind of frustrating. 3, online order January 15- they called me within 5 minutes of me placing my order telling me they weren’t taking orders as their pizza oven was down. They asked if I wanted a refund to my card, obviously I said yes. It is now February 1st and still no refund. I have made numerous calls, and who ever keeps taking them won’t give me his name so I have no idea who I’m talking to. I’ve left my information over and over. Finally, today they told me it was processed 3 days ago, I asked for proof and they would not give me and it has not made it back into my account. I asked to talk to whoever is in charge and they would not let me speak to them. Just kept telling me they will pass my info along to the next person. My bank along with visa do not show a refund and now it is in the hands of visa and pizza man for a dispute on the charge. Honestly, I would have let it go but the terrible customer service I have received with this situation is what made me dispute the charge."

*Replacement pizza was 10/10 and I would recommend.They overcooked the pizza just short of starting it on fire but it still tasted ok considering. Wouldn’t recommend them off my one and only experience but will try again eventually hoping for better results. The cheese bread was good.

Not what it used to be. This was my favorite pizza until today. The pizza was burnt and the garlic bread had no flavor. I see people complained that it was too salty, but now i can hardly taste it.If I call in my order can I request it be like it was when you opened? Cuz if it keeps up, I unfortunately can’t order here anymore.Please note, I drove 40 minutes from Holdingford to get this pizza. That’s how good it used to be!Mike and employees are always friendly. I hope you guys the best.
