"We called the restaurant before leaving home to place our order, as it takes us about 15 minutes to get there. After two attempts, no one answered, so I told my husband we would just go there and order in person. When he walked inside, the employee was on her personal phone, chatting away with a friend, and didn’t even acknowledge him or hang up despite having a customer right in front of her. This conversation went on for about 3 to 5 minutes, during which the landline continued to ring. Eventually, she told her friend, “Okay, I’ll let you go, homegirl,” and finally answered the phone to take my husband’s order. Her behavior was completely unprofessional; she really should be fired. I know the employees at Pizza Patron can do better, and if the manager had been there, she wouldn’t have taken her job so lightly. I sincerely hope she’s not the manager. On top of everything, they didn’t have the "listas" ready, so we had to wait another 15 minutes in addition to the 15 we had already waited to call and the 15-minute drive."

They never answer the phone here, it's always the fax tone, owner really should consider sell this business to someone more professional

I went to buy and Diana J served me terribly. She served me, I ordered an order of buffalo wings and she just poured the sauce on it, she didn't even season them well, terrible service.

I absolutely love visiting this restaurant, especially because the food is fantastic. Every time I either call in or walk through the door, I'm met with such warm friendliness from an employee I don’t know by name, but everyone refers to him as “Juanito.” He is always polite and understanding, and he's a great conversationalist. The atmosphere in the restaurant is incredibly welcoming, and the whole staff feels like one big family. I would highly recommend this place—definitely a 10 out of 10!
