"We received our order a large ? in a timely fashion. This was a plus because we arrived there late at night. Our city streets have become so dangerously unavoidable these days.I'm applying 2 star ?referencing to therest of their service. My husband was handed our pizza w/o: NAPKINS!, PAPER PLATES!, PLASTICFORKS OR KNIVES!I returned to their customer service window yelling up to the window excuse me for a couple minutes or so until I received someone's attention. By this time I just asked for napkins. In return I was handed maybe 5-6 after purchasing their large pizza pies.....lolBeing in business myself, a Chef and foodie their lack of attention towards my service leaves a slim to none chance of returning. Word of advice: Customer SERVICE RULES!You have a good location and great hours.... Good for night ? Owl's NEW YORK CITY IMPLANTS!#IMJUSTSAYING#IVESAIDENOUGH"

Looked at the reviews after ordering and one said cafeteria pizza from when you were a kid and they were not wrong. Not 1 star cause it was edible but it was gross. Really low quality pizza

I discovered this place on Slice and decided to try the Cheesesteak pizza. It was so delicious that I ended up eating the entire thing by myself in one sitting. I'm really glad I found them!

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The pizza was very dry and seemed like it had been previously cooked and just reheated. To make matters worse, there was a piece of hair on it. I had to wait over an hour for my food, only to discover that it was not up to par. Proceed with caution if you decide to try this place. My roommate and I ordered from here last night. The pizza was a mere step above the school cafeteria za from my youth. No matter, it was still tasty for what it was. We also ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. Both were crispy, hot, and tasty. However, after a few hours both off us got sick into the night and into the next day and considering we only have one toilet, we will not be ordering from here again.

When my husband picked up our pizza, we noticed there were no napkins, paper plates, or plastic forks and knives included. I went to the customer service window and tried to get someone's attention for a few minutes. Eventually, I was able to ask for napkins, and I was handed about 5 or 6, despite having just purchased a large pizza. As a chef and business owner myself, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to customer service. It significantly reduces the likelihood of my return. A piece of advice: customer service really matters! You have a great location and excellent hours, perfect for late-night diners in New York City. #IMJUSTSAYING #IVESAIDENOUGH

"Fantastic neighborhood gem. Food was flavorful, cozy, inviting, and fun. Not fussy or arrogant, but cooked with love, execution, and straight from the heart. My favorite was the Burrata dish, a cold cheese dish with the seductively sumptuous balsamic glaze and the best thinsliced prosciutto I ever had thankfully not too salty as it was packed with flavor. The bread was fantastic for mopping up the rich tomato based seafood app.My wife and I loved the seafood spaghetti dish, although the dark brown think buckwheat spaghetti surprised us at first. The rich white wine broth and clams were fantastic, but the noodles were perplexing and intriguing and fantastic!. The whole wheat made it seem like it might be tough but it was smooth and chewy, while still hearty. And yet it almost felt too soft and about melt, although there was a firm elasticity to it! The scallops risotto was rich and decadent. Temp was good. The service was good, the outdoor ambience was wonderful, the napkin's bluegray hue resonated with my wife, and the plates were gorgeous.Overall, it was excellent and worthy of going back and recommending to friends and family. The meal may not have been technically flawless the delicious octopus could stand to be grilled or cooked a tad longer, but it was still perfectly authentic, heartfelt, and admirably executed. It straddled the fine line between elevatedelegant and homey. It accomplished what it set out to do and delivered on what one would expect! We live outside the city, so we won't be able to visit often, which may be good, because this is such a fine neighborhood establishment—if I lived nearby, I'd definitely be in danger of blowing my monthly dining budget"
