"Outside appearance: Looks nice, newer area, location is in front of 2Booli, PetSmart area in Troy. Inside: Clean, white tables, lighting is bright, and food prep area was clean. Not very overwhelming. Service/Food: The employees that prep our food were nice, efficient, and knew how to work in a busy setting. The food was separated by the toppings and the meats portion. There was a person at each station (there 's about 2 or 3 . And the only thing that holds you up is the person ordering every topping in their Poke bowl (which who can blame them, it 's good! So there may be a slight wait, but it 's worth it. The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the crab that was there, it looked like imitation crab (which i believe is made from Pollack The food: my boyfriend and I created the Large bowl, which is a selection of 3 meats and then the veggies section. The food was asthetically pleasing because it didn 't look old . The only thing that is a little rough is the Ginger pieces that go on sushi were very large and stuck together, and the avocado that they provide you isn 't sliced all the way through. But it wasn 't too hard to just separate them with a fork. The service: once the employees are done making everyone 's food, they will come out and go table to table and ask how the food is. I didn 't hear anyone complain when I was inside there with my boyfriend. And, my boyfriend had ordered avocado, however i took the last prepped one and they apologized and were rushing to get out another one for my boyfriend. The employee there apologized for the delay (which we understand because they were cutting a fresh avocado . Why go here? It 's a little bit more expensive, but in the end, it 's worth it. The experience, the food, and the customization. It 's like a limited salad bar but in more of a poke style."

I absolutely love their spicy tuna bowl—it's my top choice for healthy meals on the go! The staff is attentive and friendly. Food rating: 5/5.

I'm not sure how this restaurant stays open. My wife let me try a bite of her poke, and it was exceptionally dry, almost as if it had been sitting out for days. The portion size was disappointing as well.

My wife experienced food poisoning after eating the ahi tuna, while I had the spicy salmon and was fine. I can't say I'm surprised, as the tuna didn’t appear fresh sitting in that bowl for who knows how long.

I couldn't eat the whole avocado [ate most of it]. ? And the spicy sauce was a bit too spicy. ? But I liked the presentation, I liked the look of the place, and the meal was healthy good. ? Its no Noble Fish but I'd try Pokë Pokë again. ? View menu

Improperly cooked rice Poor ingredient quality Tiny portions of fish Terrible experience. I threw my bowl out before I finished it. Completely inedible. I can't believe I spent $16 on it. I wouldn't even take a bowl from this place for free.

This is the best poke I've ever had! If you’re a poke enthusiast or simply curious, you definitely need to give it a try! I've visited multiple times and I keep returning for more. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but I truly believe it’s worth every penny. Their ingredients are incredibly fresh, and everything is top-notch!

We had a new experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, and service was quick. The prices were a bit higher than we anticipated for the portion sizes, but I suppose that's to be expected in that area and during these times. Personally, I prefer just sushi, but overall it was a pleasant experience. Food rating: 4/5. View menu

I really enjoy creating my own bowl, and having no limit to veggie or toppings. The quality of the ingredients are good as well. The portion size for the salmon and tuna can be a bit bigger, like they give the tofu and chicken. But of course those are more experience ingredients. The servers were quick and knowledgeable. It?s definitely a good choose for a bite of lunch.

I’ve been a regular at this Poke Poke location, usually visiting once a week, but today I left feeling quite disappointed. The staff often seems to have a poor attitude, making interactions feel awkward at best. The person preparing my bowl today put the bare minimum of each ingredient, and I had to request extra sauce because there was hardly any on it. I also came in knowing I had enough points for a free bowl, but when I went to pay, the system wouldn’t let me use my points. The employee could only apply a $5 discount instead. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have ordered online and received my free bowl. Unfortunately, I ended up paying for the worst bowl I’ve ever had at...
