The food was good, but compared to what others ordered, mine looked like it had fallen on the ground.

I really love this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, and it's an affordable way to savor the flavors of the Caribbean.

I ordered a dinner-sized chicken Caesar salad and received maybe just two spoonfuls of salad with no dressing. For $10, it's a complete rip-off. Don't even think about getting a refund; this place is a joke. View menu

?Citrus-marinated chicken.? Yeah, you might wanna fix that. So the breast came with half a piece. We ordered a whole. It?s like they?re serving bird. The chicken was SO dry and pale. And the service was terrible. It was fun while it lasted. Never coming back!

The food was excellent, but the staff could use some improvement in terms of friendliness and attentiveness during the ordering process. The person taking our order had a soft voice and seemed to have difficulty hearing us, which made it challenging to communicate. Other than that, as mentioned, the food was really great.

They supervisor and cook were visibly and audibly irritated at my large order. In addition they were racially discriminatory when prioritizing it. As a nearby business, I spend $300-$400 quarterly at this location to recognize my own employees. However, that will change after today's experience. Service matters....even more now. View menu

I stopped by for wings yesterday, but by the time I got to work, I realized they were burnt. I returned today and handed them back right away. The wings didn't look anything like the picture; it felt like false advertising. You really need to improve. Charging $7.99 plus tax for 5 wings and then serving them burnt? That's just unacceptable.

One employee, Juana, seemed completely indifferent when I pointed out that my “large” portion was less than what I expected. The manager’s only response was to give me an extra cup of rice, which felt more like an insult than a solution. I’ve never been so dissatisfied and frustrated, yet I have to pay for this experience. I won’t voice my complaints there, as it’s clear they don’t care about their customers. I strongly advise you to avoid this place at all costs. It’s truly disappointing!

I just ordered from Uber Eats and I can't handle the anger I have. They forgot to put the 2 sauces that I ordered, so I had to eat the tropichop drier than an espadrille. I'm not satisfied with that, I don't have anything to drink it with either because they also forgot the drink.It's not the money because it's stupid, but it's VERY annoying to be hungry, wait half an hour for an order and have it arrive so badly that you literally can't even eat it. Give more attention to takeout orders, they are also customers! View menu
