"This place was absolutely delicious! We took it to go, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and friendly! Not only was the staff amazing but the food was too. The tea was just WOW! It was our first time coming here and trying Vietnamese food and we were definitely impressed and will be going back! My boyfriend was like WOW those people are so nice and friendly and helpful we are going to dine in next time I can’t wait!!"

"Wonderful breakfast during lunch hour. Had the Biscuits and Gravy, one way to see how good a breakfast kitchen is. Lots of food when ordering 2 biscuits, and quite inexpensive. Could definitely taste the pork grease in the gravy. Looking forward to trying some of those delicious looking pancakes...Next time for sure.Didn't even know this jewel existed until I searched the Cortez/41 intersection, where I was at the time. 5 Stars Solid."

"I visited the restaurant with some friends, and it was our first time there. The staff greeted us warmly and were very knowledgeable about the menu. For appetizers, we shared fresh shrimp spring rolls and fried spring rolls, both of which we found delicious, especially with the peanut dipping sauce. I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp at medium spice, and it was fantastic. Everyone in our group tried each other’s dishes, and we enjoyed them all. My friends opted for different meals at mild spice, but they weren’t particularly impressed and thought their dishes were a bit on the sweet side. I tasted their meals and appreciated the flavors. The staff offered additional spicy condiments, which I think helped my friends enjoy their meals more. I believe next time they’ll opt for a spicier level, which will definitely enhance their experience. I would absolutely return to this restaurant."

"My husband ordered a pizza, and as it was cooking, we found ourselves laughing at the smell of something burning, quickly assuming it was the pizza. In the end, it turned out to be very crispy, and it looked good. The bread served came with butter pats, which felt quite casual to us. We typically expect hot, fresh bread with either garlic butter or dipping oils, rather than cold pats of butter. We also ordered cannoli to take home for later. The prices were very reasonable. However, we were somewhat puzzled by the MTV tank top worn by the bartender/waitress; it felt a bit too casual for such a cozy restaurant."

"I can't praise this place enough! From the moment you step inside, you feel a sense of freedom and come to appreciate the sacrifices made by others every day. The entire team collaborates wonderfully. This was my second visit, and it's now officially a favorite! The brisket, ribs, and pulled chicken are absolutely delicious. The fresh-cut French fries were spot on! The banana pudding tasted just like Grandma used to make. There are six different sauces available on the table, along with a to-go section to satisfy all your cravings! Don't forget to buy the Hometown Heroes red cup for a little extra cost so you can earn rewards on your next visit!"
