"The food is delicious! Homemade pasta, very fresh ingredients. Vegetarian options, and they can customize pasta dishes for vegetarians. My custom dish was a homemade noodle with sauteed broccoli and mushrooms in a garlic and oil sauce. It was excellent. Vegetarians please note that there is no marinara sauce: the red sauce is cooked with meatballs. Vegans not a good choice for you. The pasta is made with egg. Super friendly service. Comfortable, small town atmosphere where everybody knows everybody. We felt welcome even though we were just passing through. "#dobettermcdonalds in Gouverneur NY Today I went to order dinner . I asked for 4meals. 2-were 6piece chicken nugget happy meals one with dr.pepper the other with sprite. With BBQ and sweet and sour sauce. One MED. 2 burger meal (without pickles or onions W/SPRITE and one LARGE double quarter pounder meal with no onions W/SPRITE AT THE DRIVE THROUGH . The guy on the speaker said does everything look correct? 1st Mistake . I said no the quarter pounder meal was supposed to be large not a med. Which I got a reply of ok have them fix it at the first window. Get that fixed and paid go to the pickup window and I'm handed 4 drinks 2.mistake all sprite so I say so sorry it was supposed to be 1.dr.pepper 3 sprites. Get that fixed get the rest of my order check the bag 3.mistake NO SAUCE so I pull around and send my daughter in to ask for sauce. Then get all the way home to find mistake 4. only fries and a toy in the happy meal boxes ugh‍ so I call and talk to a Male manager who says come back and I will remake them for u they will be ready for u as soon as u get here. So I drive back down there wait a while before I'm even acknowledged by a female manager who didn't have any knowledge of my complaint. Then took the time to put in the remake and fill it her self.(thank you for fixing the mistake WOW. 5 MISTAKES IN 1 ORDER IS 5 TO MANY. DO BETTER."

"I took photos of the sub as soon as we received it, and it really fell short of our expectations. There were just two very thin slices of turkey, and we didn’t receive the American cheese we had requested. When my husband called to discuss the issue, the staff asked us to bring the sub back. However, since we live 7 miles away, returning it would require a lot of gas, which felt unreasonable. We offered to send them a picture instead, but they suggested that the manager would handle it. This location definitely needs to make some changes if they want to be one of the better Jreck’s Subs around."

"Before my visit, I wasn't sure if they served coffee beverages, but they definitely do! I even took some pictures of the beverage menu and flavor options for any fellow coffee lovers who might be in the area. Make sure to check the cooler behind the register; that's where I found some fresh apple cider! There was plenty of seating inside, but I decided to take my treats to go. The lady who served us was incredibly kind and friendly. I believe that great service can really enhance the atmosphere of a café, and she created a warm and welcoming vibe. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area!"

"Will never eat here again. Not only did I drive 15 mins to get there when I got home I realized my order was not what I asked for. So I called them and ask what could be done. She asked for my number which I gave her with ZERO issue. She then told me what I got and informed me that what I got is what I ordered so i was “very wrong”. 1st off what you gave me not a soul in my house eats. (So why would I order that? No! I don’t want to try anything “different”. then was told there was nothing they were willing to do to “make it right.” Needless to say I spent $80 just to realize I won’t be doing any further business with you. (You in need of my services or me in need of yours."
