"This restaurant is an overpriced disappointment. I waited for 15 minutes on the phone before giving up. I initially thought they might be busy, so I placed an online order to give them the benefit of the doubt. After waiting 45 minutes, I checked the website again, expecting to find a bustling restaurant—but that wasn’t the case at all. When I arrived, I saw one worker cleaning the dining area, another sitting at the counter, and a third casually strolling around, eating something she had just put in her mouth. There wasn’t a single customer in sight, and not one sandwich had been made, despite the online orders. I even arrived 15 minutes early for pickup. Normally, I wouldn’t complain, but this experience was absurd. Can you trust my review? Definitely not."

The seeded bread is great. The suprimo chicken sandwich is my favorite. Quality ingredients and good size subs.

PrimoHoagies will definitely be our first choice if we're in the area again! The customer service was fantastic, and the food was delicious!

I waited two hours for four sandwiches, and people who ordered after us received their food before we did. Primo is a large franchise, but the staff in Ewing seemed disorganized.

Good but slow as molasses. Twice in the last month I've ordered online with an hour lead time and have had to wait 20+ minutes. People who walked in after me got their food first. View menu

We've been driving to Primos for a long time and the quality of the sandwiches has gone DOWN! We ordered a meatball parm coming on a soggy roll and NO cheese! They also screwed up my order when they gave me a plane instead of a sawed role. Better!

The sandwich was good enough. But a simple request to have a way overpriced pickle fell upon deaf ears. However, THE MOST glaring offense was when one of the FOOD handlers stopped to sweep the floor, then proceeded to handle food WITHOUT EVER REPLACING HIS GLOVES!

We've been going to Primos for quite some time, but we've seen a drop in the quality of their sandwiches lately. Recently, we ordered a meatball parm, and it came on a soggy roll with no cheese at all! To add to our disappointment, they also messed up my order by giving me a plain roll instead of a seeded one. They really need to make some improvements! View menu

This is a small business that has recently changed ownership. These two gentlemen deserve ? ? it hands down. From the garlic knots, to the alfredo ? and my personal favorite the sausage, onion and peppers in tomato sauce sandwich ? it is a unique undercover piece of heaven. BTW you must try their personal drinks ? ?. Each one will make you understand my review and keep you coming back for more. Oh I forgot ? they deliver also. Trust... love.... keep coming back supporting the locals all the time. They do work hard for their American dream Of being a business owner ?

This restaurant is ridiculously overpriced. I waited on hold for 15 minutes before they hung up on me. I thought they might have been busy, so I decided to place an online order. I arrived 45 minutes later, expecting the place to be bustling, but it was completely empty. I saw one employee cleaning the dining area, another sitting on the counter, and a third walking in from the back, munching on something she had just put in her mouth. Not a single customer was in sight, and no sandwiches were being prepared, not even for online orders—though I had arrived 15 minutes early for my pickup. I usually don't complain, but this experience was absurd. Take my word for it—never again.

"We were in the area for a sports event, and had trouble finding places to eat. We finally settled on Marsilio 's Kitchen. We arrived about 7:15 for a 7:30 reservation and were greeted by a friendly host who seated us promptly in their tented patio area. It was fairly busy, but not overly crowded. We waited several minutes to be greeted by our server, who was a super nice man, but seemed to have more tables than he could handle efficiently. We waited for water...which finally came about 10 minutes after being seated....then finally drinks, appetizer and entree orders taken. Calamari was delicious, but no tentacles...just rings . At one point, one of the bus staff dropped a plate on the walkway a few feet from us. It took a good 10 15 minutes of staff (stepping over/around) the plate for someone to eventually clean it up. Several people just walked past it, a few more stepped over it, but no one made an effort to pick it up for a notable amount of time...Anyway, about 8:30 (yes, over an hour after our arrival) our entrees arrived with apologies for the delay, and an I 'm not sure what 's going on, they 're usually on top of things in the kitchen . Again the server was very nice, and apologetic and seemed equally frustrated by whatever was going on that evening. I had their signature dish chicken cacciatore....it was...okay. Held a chicken in a wine sauce. The breast was dry, but the rest of it was good, and the sauce was fine, just not the typical red/brown sauce I 'm familiar with. Another in our group had the vodka rigatoni , which, those who tasted it (not me) said was very good. By the time we were done eating and the plates cleared, we decided to get dessert, to go. Cannoli, Tiramisu all were delicious. The server wished us safe travels, which was nice. So, maybe just an off night for them...they 've been there for a while, so they must be doing something right, but maybe just not the night we were there."
