"I've been coming to Proposition Chicken since they opened in Laurel Village any time I need a delicious, comfort food, chicken meal. Depending on my mood, I'll get any number of different items. This last trip I had the crispy chicken sandwich and chicken tenders with fries and brussel sprouts. The chicken sandwich was delicious! Traditional chicken sando, which is pretty rare to find in the city, so that always hits the spot. The tenders were bomb too. Crispy and tender, chef's kiss! The Brussels were also delicious, sweet, salty, and too many to finish (good portion for $7). All in all it's a great meal, reasonably priced, and hits the spot when you're looking for that comfort food. Bring your friends and get a little of everything, you'll love it!"

The fake salad is always good and I'm pretty sure they put something addictive on the Rosemary Potato Wedges. Sooo good. Service is great. Everyone is friendly and kind.

Another one of my favorite go to spots for the Celiac Mac. Gluten Free fried chicken entree is the way to go here get the wedges extra crispy. Very solid and consistent. Grade: B View menu

We just got dinner from here and my wife got a self-tapping sheet metal screw in her first bite of fried chicken sandwich. I don't recommend eating here unless you like breaking your teeth on sharp bits of random hardware.

TASTY ? meal and the location quite nice ?. I sadly have an allergy to wheat flour ?. Happily most other grains like oat corn quinoa rye are fine!! This tasty ? location was helpful and resourceful in juggling around our different allergies and preferences!! We'll indeed return there!!Food: 4/5

I really liked this place. They offer roasted or fried chicken and you can choose between sandwich, salad or entree. We tried the fried chicken entree with coleslaw and a biscuit, and the kale salad. Both were excellent. The fried chicken was not greasy and the coating was crunchy. They have a crispy tofu option also for vegetarians. Lots of parking on the back of the store. View menu

Service is with a cashier. Weird they ask for tip compared to any other cashier service place eg McDonald's in n out or Panda Express.Chicken is ok, I've had three sandwiches and at least one part was always dried out.Fries are good and cheap for SF at $3, could be crunchier. The sandwich comes in two halves. This is one of those halves. I think the pictures speak for themselves.

I had an appointment nearby and was hungry after that. There ain't much restaurant that attracked me around here. Anyway I passed by this restaurant and really like the crowded atmostphere inside, so I gave it a try.Order an entree with fried chicken. 3 pieces, 1 salad cup and 1 biscuit:1. The fried chicken was super crispy but a bot thin, and the flavor was just okay. There were 2 sauces here but neither of them fit my taste. I think I'd enjoy the chicken more if I bring my own sauce.2. Salad cup was served cold so eating it together with hot chicken was not really good for your teeth.3. The biscuit is good tho.Overalls, Basic service, price is not cheap, but the restauran is quite clean an...

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
