usually end up building my own bowl but decided to try out the chicken teriyaki bowl this time and honestly it’s one of the best i’ve ever had. it’s definitely going to become my regularFood: 5/5

I tried the yuzu yellowtail i think it was and it was such a good mix of acidity and citrus. I went back another time before posting this and got the heatwave too and I have never been let down from a single bowl here along with the ice cream.Food: 5/5

Always a hit when I go! I LOVE the fact I can customize down the very grains of rice used. The food is always fresh and well made and well worth the money. I travel a good distance for this establishment because I haven't found a place that does it better.Food: 5/5 View menu

Great poke, helpful staff, nice atmosphere and perfect location!Everything we tried was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend the Big Poppa, but it seems like you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming.I can't wait to try more!

This was my first time trying poke and it was fantastic! We tried a variety of menu items and everything was fresh and delicious from the marinades to the teriyaki to the shrimp tempura. I was skeptical about the musubi, but surprised at how good it was.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming.I will definitely be back to try more!

A poke shop on Church street in Montclair center. I’ve been going there for a few times. The food is good, a lot to chose from. Looks like many people order from their home and come to pick up. Even if you are picking up yourself it’s best to order from home and then pick up. Not only pokes, they also have inarii, burritos. It’s yummy and when you need something quickly this is a good place to go. View menu

The poke is decent with plenty of options.One thing that ticks me off is they won't give you tap water for free. Options are to buy bottled water or pay full fountain drink price just to get a cup to get water from the fountain.I understand that even water and cups are not free for the business but it would cost the restaurant what? 5 cents to give me a cup and some tap water? It just feels kinda grubby.

Great fast casual poke bowl restaurant. Their protein options are so vast and delicious, especially their marinated salmon and ahi tuna, which are personal favorites of mine.The storefront is small but mighty, very clean space, the employees do a great job of keeping a tidy store. Which in my opinion is super important especially when you are handling raw or uncooked fish.I drive from Clifton to pick-up from here if that is any indication of how consistently good the bowls are here. Alloha friends. Finally, authentic Hawaiian style food. I lived in Hawaii for 4 years and miss it everyday. The people, weather and especially the food. Ive looked far and wide for a restaurant that offers anything close to filling my needs and have failed miserably.No more, Ive found the perfect place that offers authentic tasting musabi and poke. Ive eaten the food once a week for the past month. I order the Loco Moco.
