"The food quality at this restaurant is excellent, with ratings exceeding 11 on a scale of 1 to 10 and affordable prices. However, my wife was upset and vowed never to return due to the following reasons. The establishment primarily offers take-out but also has dine-in options. Upon our arrival, we were shown a printed menu by the Thai immigrant owner. After placing our order, the bill was printed from a computer and we were immediately required to pay a 20% tip, even before receiving any food or service. We noticed that the prices on the bill were higher than those listed on the menu, and were also informed of an additional 3% surcharge. The portions were small and served in take-out containers with plastic utensils. We were not provided with a water refill, but instead directed to purchase overpriced bottled water. When we questioned the discrepancies in pricing, we were told that the restaurant's costs had increased. Despite expressing our concerns, the owner's friend dismissed them as insignificant. Despite this negative experience, we finished our meal in silence."

"Had a great dinner at Firefly. The mark of a great restrauant…. they don’t have a Mai Tai on the menu but they made one for my husband that was delicious and my purple haze was strong and devine! We were debating on the go-go bread for an app and N8 our waiter brought me out a taste of the Gorgonzola fondue to try because I do not like Gorgonzola cheese. That is a great waiter! He was attentive and gave great suggestions! The bartender, Nicko made the best cocktails, very flavorful and potent! Apps were the go-go bread and caprese- both so good, but I forgot to get pictures! Dinner was the flank steak special with mashed potatoes, broccolini and the Gorgonzola sauce for my husband- I think he almost licked the plate! I had the scallops with a pesto risotto and a balsamic drizzle. Along with a second cocktail- the lavender gin gimlet- all of it was soooooo good! We split a peanut butter pie for dessert, which like the rest of the meal was wonderful! Highly recommend Firefly- you won’t be disappointed!"

"the waiter was very nice when we saw him. he was looking forward to the big party right. several times he would happen and it was 20 minutes since last checked. the food lasted 45 minutes. Once we were done, it took 10 minutes or more before we were taken. then we decided to have deserted and we were made for about 5 or more minutes before we saw him and he asked if we were good for the check. and at this point the reservation was only for 2 people we were ready to go since our meal, which began at 7:30 now at 9:30"

"Our first time here and won't be our last. We started out with the Asian potstickers that were fried crisp on one side and lightly steamed on the other. Filling was flavorful and all 7 disappeared in under two minutes.  We both ended up getting the Delmonico, cooked medium rare. The cook was on point, the steak had amazing flavor, and the sides- the lightest, pillowiest mashed potatoes and “seasonal vegetables”, which were zucchini and carrots. Everything we ate was seasoned well, not overly salted, which was great . We each took a dessert home, the flourless chocolate cake, and the lemon cake. Both were decadent, the flourless chocolate had raspberry Coulis and the lemon had a strawberry Coulis. Our server was attentive without being over the top and in your face, the host/manager? Was attentive and checked in with us. We are looking forward to our next trip back. "

"I went here with my omni family members and was worried because I'm a new vegan and everything had cheese on the entree menu. Usually I worry about bothering people by asking to modify things because at some places people seem put out, but the waitress was super helpful! She said that the bread that they serve at the table is vegan (and offered to bring hummus or something else to dip it in instead of the oil. I'm not sure if the olive oil had cheese in it or if she is just used to plant-based oil free vegans as are the chickpea ragu and the cold vegetable appetizers. The Moroccan lentil stew with stuffed eggplant is also vegan if you ask to leave off the tzaziki, and that is what I got and it was DELICIOUS! I normally dislike the texture of eggplant and find it slimy, but in this dish it was excellent. An omni person I was dining with also got a vegetarian dinner special, which was a stuffed acorn squash and kale salad that could have been easily veganized as well and he raved about it. Although we didn't have room, there was a vegan chocolate banana cake on the menu. I would definitely go back if looking for a place to accommodate both Omni and veg*n diners!"
