"This was my second visit to this restaurant, and once again, I wasn't greeted when I arrived. I had to approach a staff member to ask if I could place my order, as he didn't acknowledge my presence at all. Most of the employees appeared unhappy and disengaged from their work. While I understand that it's just a job for them, this lack of enthusiasm makes me hesitant to return in the future."

Food was like warm, and the lady didn't fold my burrito. Instead she just bunched the tortilla together at the top and wrapped it up in foil. Luckily Qdoba's recipes and ingredients carry this place along because everytime I've been it's not been becauseof great customer service.

The place was short staffed and there were signs asking for our patience. We totally understand that being from the restaurant business ourselves. However, one of the 2 workers had an earbud in one ear and clearly was on a phone call as she was halfwaylistening to our order and laughing and making comments that weren't directed at us. Tasty food though.
