"I usually order from this restaurant because the food is affordable and delicious, but today was a different experience. I got a BLT and a side of au gratin potatoes. The BLT was perfect, but the au gratin was extremely lumpy—like huge clumps. I called to let them know, and Raul apologized. He said that if I come back later this week, he’ll ensure that the potatoes are made to my liking, without lumps. Raul is fantastic, and the rest of the staff are quick, hardworking, and friendly. I don't understand the negative reviews because I've never encountered any rude or unpleasant employees. I’ve ordered from them since I was pregnant, and they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, even delivering a $6 sandwich that was below their minimum delivery charge, which I’ll always remember. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone; the food, service, and hospitality are all outstanding. They always go out of their way to make sure I’m happy."

I've recently started visiting this restaurant, and I must say, the staff is both efficient and friendly. I've designed a breakfast sandwich that they've made for me perfectly twice now! It consists of egg whites, deli turkey, lettuce, and tomato, with a light spread of mayo on both sides, all on a whole wheat roll. It's absolutely delicious!

I always make a point to stop here whenever I'm flying to Newark Airport, and it's definitely worth it—everything is so delicious! There's nothing quite like the simplicity and flavor of a perfectly executed dish. They also offer other fantastic options like fra diavolo, cheesesteaks, and eggplant parm, to name a few. The place is clean, and the owners and staff are warm and friendly; you really can't go wrong. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area!
