Great food and great service. Steak was exceptional! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stop for a quick bite to eat.

The food here is incredible. It is expertly cooked with fantastic flavors and the homemade bread is delicious. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem that I highly recommend.

Slowest service worst food in the State of Colorado. 35 mins for Water, 45 mins Drinks, Salads only one type dressing 50 mins. Prime Rib had as much fat as there was meat 65,70 mins. So Sorry I had to say something. Hungry or People in a hurry or passing through Beware View menu

Was looking for a good steakhouse.... Should have know by the lack of cars in the parking lot that we should have Keep looking. You are given Two options for dinner. Veggie Lasagna or fillet mignon. We chose the 9 oz steak wrapped in bacon. Mine was cooked perfect, but the taste was off.. only ate 1/2 of it. Disappointed to say the least. I will not return.

I found the concept of the restaurant to be intriguing with only two meal options on the menu, but it surprisingly worked well! While the filet we ordered wasn't the greatest we've ever had and I would opt for a smaller size next time, the meal was still satisfying with the included salad, baked potato, and delicious homemade bread. The bottle of wine we enjoyed was reasonably priced and we are eager to return for prime rib night!

My father and I frequent this restaurant whenever we are in town. The Prime Rib is consistently delicious, with great flavor and always cooked to perfection. The staff always asks for your preferred level of doneness. The menu is straightforward, but they execute it perfectly. The loaded baked potato and salad that come with the main dish are excellent accompaniments. I always leave feeling very satisfied because I always finish my entire meal. View menu

Check the prices and you should know what you're getting in terms of the steak meal, but if go with realistic expectations, you will not be disappointed. The food is reasonable for the cost. The service was just fine. Our server couldn't kid have been a little friendlier, but she was fine. Our food was cooked correctly and we never waited for drinks. Kind of an older place, not run down, but well-worn. Perfectly acceptable place for steak-dinner in a touristy mountain town.

Interesting place. Quaint in an old school never been updated kind of vibe. The are proudly simple, but do what they do well. When I came in there was a 3 item menu. Filet Mignon, Prime rib and a vegetable lasagna. Of those 3 options they didn't have the filet. So if you are in the mood for a very basic, but delicious prime rib this is your place! And the price was ridiculously low the best value in the state. I think it was $21 for a HUGE prime rib. It does what it does well but it only does that one thing.

I've been to the Quincy's in Florence Colorado and the one in Leadville Colorado and had a very enjoyable experience. Last night, I went to the Quincy's in Buena Vista Colorado and all I could really say is whoa. Our server, who turned out to be the restaurant manager, was rude, disrespectful, and just generally inappropriate and hostile with my mother and my girlfriend. She argued and roll her eyes at my girlfriend. It was obvious to me she did not like women, which surprising me, because she was one.
