"The young cashier, who couldn't be older than 21, charged me for two sandwiches instead of one. After I received my refund, she asked me to pay again right away. When I refused because I didn't want to be charged $30 for a sub combo, she became visibly loud and upset. I explained that refunds to cards take 4 to 5 business days before the money is available. Honestly, if she had been a man or looked more mature, I might have confronted her differently. If you can't handle a simple order in an empty restaurant without getting an attitude, maybe you should consider a different job."

I had a great experience at Quiznos! It was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of healthy options available. While it is a bit pricey for what you get, Quiznos has definitely made a positive impression on me and I’ll be keeping them in mind for the future!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I was initially hesitant because of the negative reviews, but I was warmly greeted at the door by two friendly staff members—an older gentleman and a woman—who were incredibly kind and attentive. My order arrived perfectly, and I will definitely be returning!

I’m always excited to find a Quiznos. I’m from AZ and they are not there anymore. This is my absolute favourite sandwich shop. This one didn’t disappoint. Friendly service and made my sandwich perfectly. I always get the angus with peppercorn sauce and a side of au jus. Delicious. I’ll be back next time in Houston. View menu

If I could put 0 stars I would. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. When asked if she could remake my sandwich because it burned while being toasted she raised her voice and said all of the bread is the same. We came in 30 minutes before closing so I guess she was ready to go, but you never know how someone’s day is going. So please treat people with kindness.

The prices are a bit on the higher side, but they offer longer roasted subs, which is a plus. Additionally, their breads surpass those of their competitors. I ordered takeout during the pandemic, so there were the usual social distancing signs and markers in place. The staff was efficient in preparing my sandwich while keeping the area clean. Overall, a solid experience!

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
