"We placed an online order for smoked turkey about 3:49 p.m. for pick up at 6 p.m. and paid online. When my husband went to pick it up they said they were out of turkey. This was very frustrating because at home I had made all the other fixings for a Thanksgiving dinner mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey gravy, green beans. If you place an order online and pay for it, it should be reserved or set a side for you. The staff reacted like it was no big deal. Unacceptable customer service."

The chicken here use to be incredible. Juicy, flavorful, a home run! But I got the family meal a few days ago and the chicken was more like jerky. Thin, dry, and tough on the teeth. This is the WORST BBQ MEAT I've ever had! The brisket was like thick pot roast not brisket. The thighs were so dry that they were nearly jerky covered with excessive spice rub. The ribs were only cartilage no bones. The Men's bathroom had no paper towels to clean up with. I asked a server to rectify it, after 20 minutes there were still no towels. Who am I to be so critical? I am a Certified Kansas City BBQ Judge! Bad food. Keep on driving in search of something better.

R&R Farmington Station is a great facility. We’ve been there several times in person and had positive experiences (delicious) but today we had an outstanding take out order. A couple of items were missed on my take out order so I called asking about them but wasn’t able to go back and pick up the items they said I could definitely come get. A while later R&R called ME back offering me a refund of the items. That was beyond kind. We love this location. We will definitely be back!
