"I ordered a Thai Milk Tea boba and it was good! I went on a Sunday afternoon and it must've been rush hour because they were sooo packed. I'm talking no where to sit, people waiting on the inside outside, and a decent sized line to place orders. I had no where to go so I didn't mind waiting, but I was a little claustrophobic in the process. My main issue is that it was very dirty inside. Napkins, straw wrappers, and other trash objects were everywhere, dirty tables, etc. There were a lot of hands on deck. The staff was all working together to take orders, make drinks, and so fourth. Considering it took 20 minutes for my simple drink, I figured it was just too busy for them to keep up with the cleanliness. So I definitely understand and I know it happens from time to time. Comparing the boba to a few other places that I tried in the Valley, this one is okay."

I love this place! Their teas and their black bobais much much better than other places. I have tried some foods and they are ok. I mainly go for the tea. Sadly, I cannot park anymore because of all the traffic and new stores that are opened in the plaza so I don't go as much as I would like to.

Very cute place in Chandler. It's small but my kids liked it very much. We ordered a Peach Tea, Strawberry Tea with crystal boba, Rose Lychee Butterfly, they're good and refreshing. We also got the Beef Bành Mí, we normally buy these in Phò restaurants but for being a quick stop boba tea restaurant it was pretty good.

This place is a cute little boba shop with tons of drink options. You can also ask for a specific percentage of ice and sugar in your drink. The major downside is they don't have almond or oat milk. I've come twice to this location and both times the place is a bit dirty. My friend tried to use the bathroom but walked right out from how dirty it was. View menu

To make matters worse, the girl who took my order messed it up, so I had to go back to get it corrected. The other girl who fixed my order was nice, but the older Asian lady who gave me the new drink seemed really unhappy about the situation. There are plenty of other great boba places nearby where I can spend my $7 on a drink and get a lot more boba.

Rapha Tea has a lot of options for milk teas and other drinks as well. You are able to choose your ice and sweetness percentage which is nice to have that option. I ordered the hazelnut milk tea with 50% sweetness and I would personally go up a little bit more in sweetness next time. We did have an issue with the bathroom where it was not clean at all to the point where we were uncomfortable using it.

I visited this place on a Friday night. This place is dirty. Floors and walls are dirty. Bathroom needs cleaning and maintenance. I got a drink, sandwich and popcorn chicken. The sandwich was good, and signature drink was alright. The spicy popcorn chicken had a crispy and flavorful batter, but the stuff inside wasn 't always chicken. I 'm not sure what it was. This is a great tea shop for the area! I've tried this place a few times and they always have fresh boba. Sometimes their drinks are on the sweeter side so I recommend getting less sugar but this time I tried a new type I haven't had before which was sparkling mango juice with boba! I loved the sparkle of the drink it made it so much more refreshing. This shop is in a complex with some Asian stores and restaurants so I love coming here when I'm shopping or after grabbing a yummy meal!
