"The food was packed really well, and they included a recycled cloth bag, which was a nice touch. I ordered the Onion Kulcha, which is perfect for onion lovers. It was well-seasoned, soft, and absolutely huge, wrapped in foil as if it were a warm gift. I’m not sure which sauces were meant for it, but I tried all of them. Honestly, it didn’t really need any sauce, although I think a creamy raita could be nice for the leftovers. Next, I had Pani Puri. These cute little crispy fried puffs came in a set of about eight, just waiting to be tapped with a spoon to create a hole and filled with the little cups of ingredients that came in the takeout bag. I’m not sure which was which, but I taste-tested everything and mixed some of it together. There were pickled onions, a green creamy sauce, a filling that resembled stuffing, and a tangy brown tamarind sauce. There was also a small container of a vinegar-based sauce, which I’d never encountered before. While the vinegar sauce didn’t pair perfectly with my other dishes, I gave it a shot. Lastly, I tried the Lamb Korma. It was brilliantly spicy, creamy, and authentically delicious. I was so happy there was so much of it—I really didn’t want it to disappear. The lamb was tender and cut into perfect bite-sized pieces, and I devoured it using the same spoon I served the rice with. The sauce was dreamy without being overly oily. I can’t wait to try every variation of this dish. I’ve already made this place a favorite in my mind, and anytime a craving strikes, Rasoi will be my go-to! Do yourself a favor and go try it!"
