"My Big Tony 's Cheesesteak Review I recently revisited Big Tony 's Cheesesteak after several years of absence, initially hesitant due to prior experiences. However, I decided to give the establishment another chance, as finding a quality cheesesteak is quite challenging. I am pleased to report that my decision was a delightful one. Approximately a week ago, I ordered a traditional cheesesteak customized to my preferences, including mushrooms, hot and sweet cherry peppers. I was not disappointed. The cheesesteak was prepared to my exact specifications, and the quality was impressive. Upon explaining my prolonged absence to the owner, I was generously offered a complimentary Billy White Fall Guy cheesesteak. This unique creation was a delightful surprise. The smoked brisket was perfectly cooked--flavorful, moist, and combined with burnt ends, onions, and peppers. The result was an outstanding cheesesteak that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend trying the Billy White Fall Guy and only wish the brisket were available for purchase by the pound. Although the original owner, Tony, who hailed from Philadelphia, has since passed on the reins, the establishment still holds its charm, despite the new management 's allegiance to the Cowboys. The décor remains a homage to the Eagles, reflecting the establishment 's origins. Nevertheless, the quality of the food is very exceptional. I will undoubtedly return to Big Tony 's Cheesesteak and look forward to doing so repeatedly."

"I drove over an hour to try their Cajun shrimp platter and I was not disappointed. It was such a beautiful spring day that I decided to sit at one of the picnic tables out front and I appreciate the gentleman from the food truck bringing me napkins without me requesting them. It was so much food I barely put a dent in it before I had to save the rest for later. I was fortunate to get there before the line, but to be honest I would've and will in the near future stand in that line if need be!"

"I really wanted this to be so good and will definitely give them another chance. But upon walking in there was an individual sitting on the table smoking before he came in to grab the free beverage from the fountain machine when the cashier got too busy to notice. So I made my order before the lunch rush came in and took my order to go. The place reminded me of certain spots in PA but a lot was missing with the aesthetics and I get it. The sandwich and fries were soggy and seemed watered down, maybe it was the lettuce and whiz mixing but this wasn 't it. I ordered some wings to see if they could redeem my visit but I will let someone else taste them before I go in. I am willing to try them again. Hope my next visit is a better experience."

"I'm leaving a star because no stars don't survive my point. For my big niece 13 birthday this was one of the stations. An employee, perhaps the owner, not sure... turned off her open sign and said we close at eight. What part of our party was STILL food! It's not like we went to the house at 8:00 or five minutes to 8:00, it was a tad past 7:00! ...I have experienced NIE such an outrage! Never! And MA'AM, you need some customer service skills! Update: The owner has addressed the problem and I will give them another attempt. The food is very good and the young lady at the front counter was very sweet. Thanks to the owner for addressing."

"WORST Boston Market experience of my life, and I normally like Boston Markets. After voting, I walked across the parking lot to this restaurant and ordered ribs, chicken, candied yams and broccoli to eat there at the restaurant. I sat down at a table and noticed my broccoli was cold, my chicken was cold, the candied yams were lukewarm(at best) and the ribs were cold to lukewarm. The fact that this was served to me and there were two other guests eating there made me instantly realize that this SHABBY DISPLAY of a meal was seemingly normal service as I wasn’t told the food wasn’t warm or had been out for awhile or anything of that nature. After tasting the order, I was SO UPSET that I refused to look at the employees because I might say or even do the wrong thing, and I’m fairly docile by nature. This establishment either needs a TREMENDOUS OVERHAUL, top to bottom, of employees who care about serving ‘quality’ food or the restaurant NEEDS TO SHUTDOWN due to substandard and dangerous food distribution to customers...IT IS THAT BAD!!!"
