"The al pastor tacos were merely okay; they were overly seasoned with cumin, and I could barely detect any achiote or citrus notes. This might not have been as bothersome if we had received the extra limes we requested; we didn't even get one slice per taco. As for the birria, it was even more disappointing. I've always known birria to be either fried or served with consomé, but these tacos had neither. The absence of consomé was particularly disappointing given how dry the meat was. To top it off, the prices were $3.50 for al pastor and $3.75 for birria. While I understand that prices may be higher due to regional ingredient availability and other factors, street-style tacos like these usually go for $2 to $2.50 each, with birria typically costing a bit more because of the extra preparation involved. Perhaps I'll give it another shot in six months to a year, but my most recent visit left me feeling unsatisfied. The tacos and rice lacked any seasoning; they didn't even taste salty. I was really disappointed because the restaurant had a wonderful aroma. View menu

Without a doubt, this is the best Latin food in town. The staff is polite and professional, ensuring orders are processed quickly and correctly. It's one of our favorite spots for takeout, although they also have a charming little dining area. View menu

The staff was very friendly and helpful in trying to decide what we wanted. The fajitas were loaded with meat and just the right amount of green peppers and onions. My quesadilla had plenty of chicken in it and just the right amount of cheese. This is the best Mexican food I’ve had in the area in a long time. They had no problem, omitting ingredients to fulfill my dietary needs and restrictions. Service: Dine in

Friendly staff and tasty fresh food. Apparently this location was originally a Dairy Queen. Pretty cool that at the front of the restaurant they have a bar that you can eat at. The owner took our order and was delightful. The food is very fresh and very tasty and the Tacos arrived on a beautiful hand made plate. The rice and beans are simple, not overloaded with chicken bullion like at most places. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area. Prices are fair and reasonable.
