"This is not just an ice cream shop, but their ice cream is the best I ever had. Local family owns it, who are amazing people. You can pick up a few items for lunch or dinner as well. Their pulled pork is really good. They chicken grilled on the weekend is so yummy. I am not sure how, but I think they put love in all they make. Prices are great! They hire high school kids to help thru the season, and a few are not the nicest kids. Parking can get a bit hairy on busy times, but the owners are great people. It is worth the stop!"

Quick service. Lots of selections. Reasonable prices. The soft serve twist was delicious. My husband enjoyed his heathbar flurry, too. There are picnic tables sit and chat with friends, too. Good stop just over the Chesapeake City Bridge S.

This place is fantastic! The ice cream is so good. All the workers are great. Sometimes they have a really long line but that's because everything is so good! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Brownie Boat, Ice Cream Cone

Always a fun time taking my boys to get ice cream. Most days, there's plenty of parking. Small town business with losts of families memories tied to it. Just look at the huge trees that shade the picnic table areas, they have lots of initials carved in them. Great atmosphere. Lots of choices of ice cream. Cash only. View menu

The girls who were behind the window have an attitude problem. They also need different kind of payments instead of cash. Who carrys cash these days? Everywhere i go accwpts debit/ credit. When ordering next time remind us is cash only because i dont look at the menu if i know what i want. If i get ice cream, i better off heading to DQ, Ritas and UDairy

Cash only!!! Be prepared with cash. No restrooms other than a gross porta potty . Hard to leave the parking lot with all the traffic and the entrance creeps up on ya so try to slow down or else you'll miss it. Very busy road. Hubby liked the cherry ice cream. I got a smoothie that I think was actually a milkshake but it was fine. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4

My wife got a small soft serv cone. I ordered a large and it was just alittle larger. Didn't get bothered untill the person behind me got a large cone like I ordered. It had alot more on it. I felt that I got shorted alot. No excuses, if you pay the price that the store is wanting, everyone should get approximately the correct amount of ice-cream. Written by a unhappy customer. Little country lce cream stop. They are open from May to sometime in September. I was luck to catch them on their last weekend. There is a sitting area underneath some nice trees. I get a small twist ice cream cone that is vanilla and chocolate. The chocolate is the best. They serve sandwiches and many flavors of ice cream; scoops and machine dispense. Always hate to see them close up for the season. Price per person: $1–10

A favorite summer stop for locals and travelers alike. It's an old fashion ice-cream stand with soft serve and hand dipped choices. Lots of picnic tables Among the trees and a clean jiffy john if you need a convenience stop. I had salted Carmel truffle and raspberry loved every bite. The gal who waited on us was very pleasant as well. It was very busy on a holiday weekend and we still recieved fast friendly service! Meal type: Other
