"Last night, as I was heading to the parking lot, I passed a small building that has previously housed a church, a key shop, and various other small businesses. I noticed some activity inside, and it seemed they were preparing for food service. Curiosity got the better of me, so I peeked in and asked when they would be opening. To my surprise, they are already open, though their sign hasn’t arrived yet, making it look like they’re still setting up. It turns out this is the new location for the Red Deli, which has moved here from their previous spot. They offer take-out and delivery (there's no dining area inside). Their delivery covers the central part of Provo, specifically within five blocks of University and Center Streets. This could be a great option for anyone organizing lunch for meetings in downtown businesses. They're still in the process of settling in, so the place resembles a construction site until they clear away the debris. I tried their Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich today, and it was excellent. It featured fresh sliced avocado, grilled turkey, and bacon cooked to perfect crispness. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"I used to live in Texas and developed a love for kolaches, which are best described as similar to a pig-in-a-blanket. However, they are not as common outside of Texas and, I suppose, Czechoslovakia. When I visited Provo and saw a Kolache place, I had to try it. The restaurant looked like it was always closed, but I spotted it open one morning and decided to go inside. The kolaches here are probably more authentic than the ones in Texas, but there are many different varieties to choose from. I tried the sausage and a peach danish, both of which were delicious. My only complaint is that they did not serve coffee, so I had to go to a nearby coffee shop to complete my breakfast. There is not a lot of seating space inside, which is not a problem on a nice day, but the line sometimes goes out the door. Overall, a great place! I would definitely go back if I had the chance."

"Really good pizza! Probably the best I've had in a really long time! The pizzas are huge! If you come, come hungry because this place is awesome. We ended up just doing the build your own pizza and it turned out perfectly next time I want to try the one with fries. Normally I'd say no but since everything else is awesome I imagine that is perfect too. The shake was the mango shake and the cheesecake was to die for! The shake had graham cracker Carmel mix on top and when you mixed that with the mango shake it turned into this amazing mouth orgasm that blended so perfectly fine hat ended my mouth into extasy. The shakes are expensive and the pizza but it is definitely worth it! You will not be disappointed! While we sat and waited for the food there was fail videos playing on the TV which had everyone in the restaurant laughing and gasping the whole time. It was a fun experience that will bring me there again and again!!! I'm excited for next time I go!"

"Terrific food in a fun, bustling atmosphere! Decent amount of vegan offerings and the three I ordered were yummy. Weekends you'll wait for a table as they are usually packed. Wait staff said Tuesdays you can usually get seated right away. It's worth the wait though!"

"Best breakfast in Provo! We had the banana bread to start (which is enormous and all too delicious) with the fluffy egg madam—whose eggs were enviously fluffy, buns were supremely fresh, and other toppings harmonized perfectly—and the funeral potato waffle topped with eggs over easy. The only thing the waffle lacked was hot sauce, which they have upon request; request I did, and the only thing that could make it better would be fried chicken breast. Add that and I’ll be back within a week of the announcement. Coffee was good, service was friendly and personable, atmosphere was what one hopes for."

"I feel torn on what to review Spicy Thai.. I had been years ago and remembered it being good. I came with some friends on a Friday evening. The restaurant was packed! We waited about 10 minutes before a table was ready no big deal. Our waiter took awhile to come and ask us what we wanted to drink. We browsed the menu and knew quickly what we all wanted to order. It took around 15 minutes for our waiter to come back after giving us our drinks and order our food. My husband and I ordered the egg rolls, pad Thai, and massman curry. The appetizer took around 20 minutes to come out, followed by the food about 20 more minutes. I know that it was a Friday night but the restaurant isn't that big. I don't know why it took so long to get our drinks and food. Our waiter brought the food and brought us the wrong curry. We had to ask for our massman curry. It was shortly brought out with no apology. The eggs rolls were tasty. They were very hot and full of filling. The chili sauce was the perfect amount of sweet and heat. The pad Thai was very good. It was a very generous portion and full of chicken which was a great surprise. The peanuts added a good texture. I was very impressed with this. The massman curry was only okay. It wasn't that flavorful and tasted like it was lacking or missing something. I did appreciate how much chicken was in it but would've liked to see more carrots and potatoes. The rice was cooked well. The food was nice and hot when it came out. It was very fresh. The reason for the three stars in the service. As mentioned above, it took awhile for all the food to come out. Our drinks were never refilled. After we got our food, our waiter never checked on us. We finished eating and had to ask a different waiter for boxes and our checks. The service needs to improve. I will be back for the food though."
