"My wife and I have visited this restaurant many times and thought it would be a great choice to bring our friends from out of town last night. The four of us decided to share some appetizers, choosing the Philly egg rolls, potato skins, quesadilla, and the bucket of meatballs. The potato skins and quesadilla were decent, but the Philly egg rolls and meatballs seemed like they were straight out of a frozen package. We found it disappointing to pay $12 for a bucket of rubbery, frozen meatballs drenched in garlic parmesan, and the Philly egg rolls, while crunchy, had a distinctly frozen flavor. In the past, everything we tried felt homemade, so this was a surprise. We still enjoy the atmosphere, but we will be more discerning about our appetizer choices in the future."

The food was very good. I had the brisket potato skins and nachos, they were excellent. There was 6 of us, everyone enjoyed their food.

I had a reservation for nine people that was canceled by Red Pin through a text message several days in advance, informing us that they had decided to close for an event.

Sunday evening dinner was fantastic. Great server. Food was beyond our expectations. Cooked perfectly. Peaceful and nicely done outdoor seating area. Will definitely be back! View menu

This is a fantastic spot for a quick snack and some trivia fun. The servers were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food surpassed typical bar fare. I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, everyone!

I’ve been there 3 times now, and so far each trip has been good. The staff is friendly, the drinks are good, and the food is good. I must say their Cobb salad is one of the best around. We tend to go when it’s a little slower so we can sit outside. They have a nice patio area with plenty of shade later in the day.

This is in the top three restaurants I have ever been to! The service was amazing, great people and a nice bowling alley. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The food was out of this world. Especially the fried PB&J. Don't even get me started on the meatballs. When we ordered our drinks, they brought out complimentary pretzel bites View menu

We hosted our Christmas party in the V.I.P. Suite last night, and it was fantastic! The room, complete with six bowling lanes and a pool table, was perfect for our celebration. There was also a separate lounge area where we enjoyed an extensive selection of dishes provided by Rocky Springs. Every dish was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely delicious! The bar in the room was impressively stocked with a wide range of choices. The staff was amazing—so friendly and accommodating throughout the event. It was a great experience all around! UNITED!!!

"The only reason this restaurant, if that’s what they call themselves, gets a star is because they have a decent wine list at a reasonable price. Otherwise, our experience tonight was absolutely miserable. A group of healthcare professionals booked a table to celebrate a milestone achievement for one of the programs at the nearby hospital. We ordered two bottles of quite expensive wine worth about $500. Never mind that they didn’t have our first choice; it happens. Then, after quite a long wait, the appetizers came. I have never seen a bruschetta served as pieces of cheap, mushy bread toast separate from the toppings, which came in a salad bowl. It was pretty much a “make your own bruschetta,” and it tasted disgusting. The olives and cheese plate were tasteless. We shrugged it off and ordered the main entrees. Five of us ordered the same main course. After at least 20 more minutes, the waitress returned to inform us that “unfortunately, the dish we had ordered is not available.” By that time, one of us, who had ordered an appetizer as an entree, left without being served because she got tired of waiting. We were quite shocked by the casual, nonchalant attitude, but as we were very hungry, we went with alternative choices, all of which arrived overcooked. Another waiter bringing the dishes had no idea who was ordering what and just threw the plates on the table. Worst of all, there was zero remorse or apology from the staff or the manager, and of course, the check had arrived in full, including the 18% “big party tip.” I won’t even go into minor details, such as the absolutely horrendous French onion soup, forgetting sugar, water, and wine glasses, etc. I don’t know if this establishment has management (no one came to talk to us), but if so, you should be ashamed of how you treated us tonight. Your staff’s attitude was ridiculous, and they obviously take no pride whatsoever in what they do. We paid in full and left. If any of you guys happen to be at the nearby hospital (God forbid), please do come see us. We will teach you what “taking good care of people” is all about, from A to Z. Shame on you for ruining our evening."
