"PUBLIC BEWARE!!!!! I found a wire inside my black forest cake on September 5th, 2020 from Red Ribbon Bakeshop in Tukwila, WA. I proceeded to chew the cake four times before removing the wire from my mouth realizing that this foreign object wasn't part of the cake I was chewing. Luckily, I didn't choke or injure myself. I contacted red ribbon about this and they have no idea how it got into the cake and were very apologetic. They offered only to replace the cake since no injury occurred. I just want the public to be aware of this and think twice before purchasing any kind of food from this restaurant."

The staff at this restaurant are not very responsive and their prices are not very appealing. Unfortunately, they are the only option in the city for a specific type of cuisine.

Tried to order a halo-halo and the woman behind the counter said they “don’t have any.” There’s a person eating halo-halo at the table and you can see inside the refrigerators that have cups prepped and lined up. I asked her again and she turned and asked the wall “halo-halo?” and then turned back to me and said “no.” Ridiculous customer service
