Redefined Coffee House

Although the service and atmosphere at the coffee shop were excellent, the coffee itself was not exceptional and did not meet my expectations. Furthermore, the blueberry cake was dry and unappetizing. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the coffee and pastries, but the ambiance and service would be the main reasons I would consider returning.

The selection of beverages at this restaurant is impressive. From Matcha-Lemonade to nitro coffee, there are plenty of options to choose from. They also offer a variety of creamy milk alternatives such as almond, soy, oat, and hemp milk. I was pleasantly surprised to find a range of vegan baked goods available, including vegan mocha donuts and vegan sprinkle donuts.

Stopped in here to try the vegan donuts and grab a coffee. The coffee I received tasted like watered down coffee with a splash of almond milk and a little caramel flavor; it was terrible and waste of $7. Cute coworking cafe! Love having a full place to open my laptop at and appreciate the vegan snack options they had! (Although I envied the bagel dogs, make a vegan version!)Service was quick but it's definitely more of a sit down place than grab and go. It definitely leans towards the quiet side and isn't necessarily a loud talk and chat scene. Would probably come again alone but not when I'm working with others.

I visited this restaurant on my way to work and ordered the Sugar Cookie latte. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but I typically like sweet drinks. The latte was ok, but not sweet enough for my taste. However, I still enjoyed it. The interior of the restaurant is my favorite part - it is spacious, clean, and has different study rooms for groups or privacy. Redefined Coffee House is a large space close to historic downtown Grapevine with massive plate glass windows affording views of the busy street nearby. I liked the decor and the layout, including two enclosed meeting room spaces. There were a good number of not terribly comfy, sofa-like benches along with a few conversation areas set up. I tried a mocha and it hit the spot. All of the pastries seem to be gluten-free. I liked that they offered free ice water to customers.

First time trying this place and they had really nice options for gluten free and vegan folks. And batista were super knowledgeable and helpful in explaining different types and methods for preparing speciality coffees. Very spacious with plenty of room for lots of people and even alcoves off to the side that people were studying or working in. Lavender latte was perfect sweet but not overly so. My spouse had the Americano and he liked it quite a bit. Will definitely be back!

Well, this place is always very busy, and seems to get really great reviews. So I thought I should try it out! The business looks great, both inside and outside. Apparently they have free Wi-Fi. The inside is rather dark, in appearance, however, it is inviting. Neither the girl who took my order, nor the barista were what I would call, particularly friendly... maybe they hadn't had their coffee yet!I am a chai-latte hot tea drinker, and like extra chai in my drink. I ordered a large one with extra chai. I was not altogether surprised with the $7.04 charge... until I got the smallest cup I've ever gotten, anywhere! I even double-checked with the barista, to make sure this was their large size... View menu
